TW: Death, mention of murder/murderers.
===============
POV: You
The second day of school. Yippee.
It's not that you weren't happy to go to school (you weren't kinda, school is always a hassle), you just weren't happy with the talk that would happen this morning.
If yesterday was anything to go by, the others are probably going to want to talk about ways to prepare yourself.
But you could handle yourself perfectly fine.
Noriaki taught you how to use his stand since you were 12. Not only that but Caesar had found out about his grandfather teaching you hamon and taught you all about it as well.
You were more than prepared.
But you knew the others wouldn't think that.
So you mentally prepared yourself for the onslaught of concerns.
You would be fine.
You have been for the past 18 years of your life.
You went through the same routine.
Bathroom.
Change clothes.
Fix your hair.
Go downstairs to make and eat breakfast.
It was there where you came face to face with none other than Avdol himself.
He wasn't one to stay in a place for so long.
He did visit once every two or three weeks.
But to see him here means only one thing. He knows about Jotaro being in town.
You only say hi to him and brush past him.
You really didn't want to talk about something so heavy in the morning, but it looked like he didn't care because he followed you into the kitchen.
You began to take things out of the fridge and cupboards, realizing that you were left alone with Avdol.
The others had planned this.
You felt angry at them a bit.
But you knew they were just trying to look out for you.
After all. . .
Plenty of them had died due to being involved with a Joestar.
So you decided to start the conversation.
"How do you feel about Jotaro being here in Morioh?"
A pause.
The silence was making you sick in the stomach.
You decided right then and there your breakfast was actually going to be your lunch.
Lucky you.
"Jotaro might just be here to deal with some sort of stand, but [name], I can't help but worry that this will become something much bigger. I know you can handle yourself perfectly fine, but to be completely sure that you'll be prepared, I want you to start training with my own Magician's Red and Iggy's Fool."
The silence settled in.
At least he had been forward with his concerns.
"Fine. But shouldn't I also at least try to get a hold of Dio's stand?"
"That wouldn't be wise."
You looked behind you to see Dio leaning against the counter. When he got there, you had no idea.
