POV: Rohan

I could feel [name] tense from their position next to me.

In the doorway of the living room stood Koichi, Josuke, and Okuyasu.

I remembered reading about Josuke and Okuyasu from Koichi's pages.

Koichi and Okuyasu looked confused.

Josuke was the one who looked the most angry.

[name] sat up.

"Josuke?! What are you doing here?!"

"I knew it! What are you doing to [name] you bastard?!"

"Nothing you brat!"

"Who are you calling brat!?"

"ENOUGH!"

I immediately stopped hearing [name] yell.

They stood up from the couch and stood between Josuke and I.

"Nothing is happening Josuke. Why are you even here? Did you follow me?!"

I could hear the anger in their voice, but at the same time the small tenor of hurt below it all.

[name] always puts the front of being a strong immovable object, but they get hurt pretty easily.

A lot of the time it was the small actions and words that hurt them the most.

If Josuke had really been following [name], they could assume that he didn't trust them to be by themselves.

I had read a bit about the Chilli Pepper incident from both Koichi and [name], but it was clear that Josuke was very protective over them.

After all, he still thought they weren't a Stand user.

Josuke must have heard the same tone of hurt that I did because he immediately tried to make the situation better.

"No no no. I- uhhhhhh, I was just worried. Koichi had a bad feeling about you meeting Rohan and I got scared. Koichi is reliable, I have to trust what he says."

Dammit.

Koichi might have actually managed to remember something.

Either that or he gave something away.

"I did?"

That's what made everyone stop.

Koichi must have partially remembered something while Josuke was in the vicinity.

[name] looked back at me nervously.

I could only look back at them and shrug.

Josuke saw our interaction.

"[name], tell me Rohan didn't do something to you and Koichi. I know you wouldn't lie to me [name], please, just tell me the truth."

I could see the guilt that began to settle in their face.

Josuke must have seen it too because his face of concern immediately turned into anger once more.

"What did he do?"

"Josuke, calm down-"

"NO! What did he do?!"

"Nothing just let me explain-"

"Did he threaten you to keep quiet?!"

That seemed to be what broke Josuke because I was suddenly punched directly in what seemed to be a split second.
