3 months later...
Dao was drawing happily in his art studio when dizziness and nausea set in. He laid on the ground, curling into himself, waiting for it to pass, wishing Kluen beside him.
Kluen was heading home when he sensed a bout of uneasiness in his bond with Dao. He rushes towards the art studio and was shocked to find Dao on the floor. Dao hugged Kluen, breathing in his scent, the discomfort slowly faded away. Kluen stroke his back, comforting Dao. Kluen noticed a change in Dao's scent but didn't know what to make of it. Kluen told Dao that they would need to drop by the clinic tomorrow to find out if this was serious. Dao agreed, not liking the discomfort that he was in.

Fah drew some blood from Dao for testing. Kluen had waited anxiously with Dao. As the results came back, Fah congratulated both of them on becoming dads. They were surprised and elated at the same time.
"We've got to be extra careful now. I will let Mesa and JJ know. We have to be prepared for anything to happen." Kluen nodded vowing to protect his mate.
