.✾. When I remember... as I close my eyes... .✾.

    You need... to run!

.✾. Those passing moments... of my childhood... .✾.

No! I won't leave you behind! Not you!

.✾. I can't return... I can't go back... .✾.

I can't control it any longer...! This is goodbye... for now...

.✾. Nothing but darkness... spreading at my feet... .✾.

    No! Andrea!

    Goodbye... Meliodas...

    Rustle.

Crisp white bed sheets bunched up under a young woman as she curled up her legs, the morning sunlight shining right into her face. She groaned as she shielded her eyes with an arm, yet the incessant poking of a cold, moist nose prevented her from going back to sleep.

"Five... more minutes..." she yawned, swatting at the culprit depriving her of her beauty sleep.

"M'lady, you've said that for the past hour. Enough is quite enough," a small, fluffy black sheep bleated as she poked her mistress's arm even more persistently with her nose.

"Noir... Has it really been an hour?" the woman asked, finally lifting her arm to stare at the sheep with bleary eyes.

"Indeed it has, so please get up before breakfast gets cold," Noir pleaded, biting down on the comforter thrown over the woman's stomach and tugging it off.

"Fiiiine," the woman groaned, sitting up and swinging her legs over the side of the bed. She stretched, her spine popping in places as she cracked her neck. Her white nightgown faded away into silver glitter and was quickly replaced by a black halter-neck dress with a black ribbon tied into a bow on her neck. The skirt reached until her mid-thigh, three layers of cloth giving the skirt a bit of volume. A dark gray backless corset cinched over her waist, emphasizing her ample bosom, as black ribbons crisscrossed over her back. Garters held up her stockings as thick black platform heels boosted her modest height of 5'5 up to about 5'8. Wavy dark gray hair fell to the middle of her back as hazy chocolate-milk brown eyes blinked away the last remnants of sleep.

She waved a finger at the curtains, invisible hands drawing them closed. Another flick of her hand knocked the walls away completely, revealing a grand clover field stretching out until the very limits of what the eye could see. The walls faded out of existence before they hit the ground, and in their wake danced pieces of furniture. A cushioned chair with rounded legs trotted over to the woman, scooping her off her feet as a round maple table strutted over. Plates of various pastries pranced across the air until they settled on the table as utensils sword-fought in midair, only settling down when the woman gave them a disapproving look. Noir, the black sheep from earlier, trotted to the woman, a platter with a tea set on it on her back. The platter floated upwards and settled on the table, the teapot pouring itself into a cup as a sugar cube danced in and a small spoon stirred the contents of the cup.

    "Dreaming Sheep: Magical Wonderland"

That was the name of this particular space that the woman had created for herself. Her magical ability, "Dreaming Sheep", was unique to her, even among those of her family. Using it, she was able to create an entirely separate space from reality, free to manipulate as she pleased. However... whatever would happen to her real body, left in the real world?
