Losing

I am sorry but I don't feel that spark anymore
I think that's the same case with you.
Maybe we weren't meant to be friends forever
I once walked through the door with you,
But this time I'll walk alone,
Without you, on my own.

I wish this wasn't true
But I think I'm losing you.
Of course, it is my fault
I wish I could stop you.
But one thing I know for sure,
I can never unlove you.

And maybe she'll replace me,
With her words sweet like honey
But, oh, dear best friend,
It might sound funny
But nobody could ever replace you.

You will never read this
But some day if you do,
Know that I always loved you
And will love you,
Even when I mean nothing to you.

(P.S. I am fine, ya'll-)
