An unexpected surprise part two

**It's the early hours of the night, Carina is in Niccolas's nursery and she is rocking him back and forth, and having skin to skin contact with him... she just feels like she's done the right thing by taking him home forever! Maya sneaked in with the video camera so they could always look back at these precious little moments later in their lives.**

Carina : you're already so loved my bambino! This is going to be your bedroom... yes ! Yes it is, we're going to paint it beautiful colours, maybe keep it jungle themed since you had a jungle themed onesie pyjamas, I will paint all the animals, like a giraffe, a monkey, and lions... ohhhh you're just so precious and perfect... My little kangaroo!

**Maya tipped toes inside **

Hi my love, why aren't you rocking him in our bedroom?
Carina : hi Bambina !  I think I might have a middle name for him...
Maya : okay, what is your favourite middle name?
Carina : i have no idea how it came in my mind but it's James. Niccolas James ?!
Maya : it's beautiful. Yes it's perfect.
Carina : i know we said we were letting the kids give him his middle name but i just been sitting here, holding him in my arms and on my chest and it just popped up in my head...
Maya : it's a beautiful middle name. I absolutely love it.
** Maya kisses her wife several times in a row **
Carina : okay thank you for loving the middle name...
Maya : what is bothering you my love?
Carina : I don't know why but my first instinct was to come in his room and tell him how much we love him already and he is just so precious and perfect! But I guess I can rock him in our rocking chair in our master bedroom! Can you please help me get up with him ?
Maya : yes of course... I'll help you up!
Carina : thank you, I'm really sorry I kind of forced him into our family but I wouldn't have been able to live with myself knowing that no one else wanted him and, it reminded me of the first time I held Lorenzo in my arms and I just instinctively knew that he was my son..
I know nine children is a lot to take care of and I'm forever sorry about that.... Please don't leave me....

** she starts to cry with a little smile as she walks in the room and sat down still bare chest and begins breastfeeding Nico**

Maya : shhhhhhhh I'm never going to divorce you— never never ! It hasn't crossed my mind to do that. Not now nor ever before... You always had a strong motherly instinct and I wouldn't want to imagine our lives without Lorenzo, and as weird as that sounds I think Nico was always supposed to be with us!
Carina : you really think so ?
Maya; yes my love, I think it was meant to be, you were supposed to work a twelve hour shift before yesterday to finish yesterday morning and you were supposed to walk by the maternity ward and came across this little guy...

** Carina has been texting with Addison all night long... wanting information about how his lung transplant would go, how long he would live without the lung transplant **

Carina : oh my phone....
Maya : who's texting you baby?
Carina : I'm texting Addison and have been texting her for the past two hours.. I'm scared about his lung transplant babe !
Maya : yea I know it's scary and unknown but he's going to get through this.

** Addie called Carina ! Told her that she finished work and she is going to stop by their house and check on baby Niccolas before going back to her house **

Carina : babe, Addie is outside, can you go open the door for her please?
Maya : yea oh course my love!
Carina : thank you!

** She readjusted herself and straightened out a pillow for her back, she didn't want to move , so Addie did all of her tests in Carina and maya's bedroom **
