Sunghoon was greeted with tight hugs and warm words from the moment he entered the house he hadn't been in for a long time. The hallway was still decorated with pictures of Sunoo and him.

This house used to be his second home and he felt nostalgia wash over him as he sat down at the dining table. For the first time in a while he felt welcoming from a family that wasn't even his own.

On the table were many side dishes that he loved and hot foods that warmed his stomach.

Sunoo truly thought that he would understand Sunghoon even after all these years, but once again Sunoo is surprised by him. Just a few days ago, the two of them were walking past one another without a brief conversation, but now Sunghoons sitting at the table, acting and talking like the twelve year old Sunghoon.

He was still sitting in the chair he always sat in when he visited Sunoo's family. The conversation is still going on as usual and of course Sunoo's family asked him a lot of questions about the last few years he was in Poland. Sunoo was afraid Sunghoon would feel awkward, yet he was indeed appreciative to finally hear about Sunghoon's journey.
_______________

After many kicks from under the table, received from Sunoo, basically telling him to hurry up with the meal and cleaning up, the two boys finally went upstairs for some privacy.

"I'm sorry to have kept you here for so long. I didn't think my mother would ask so many questions."

"mm-hmm."

"So, what favor did you want to ask me?" Sunoo asked, walking over to sit on the neat edge of the bed.

"The favor," Sunghoon sat down on the wooden chair in front of Sunoo's desk, glancing at his leather jacket lying on the chair backrest before slowly laying his arms on it. "Do you have time tomorrow?"

The buddy in the chair had his cold expression back, almost emotionless, and it was hard to tell what was going through his head.

Just when he thought they had understood each other again and a glimpse of the old Sunghoon came back, the next second everything would collapse again.

Why are you doung this to me?

"I wanted to work on the song at school. But I should be free in the evening, why?"

Sunghoon gave him a short nod before taking his leather jacket from the stool and standing up.

"Okay, I'll pick you up at the school parking lot." He put on his jacket while Sunoo sat on the bed, still confused.

"Thank you for today."

Sunoo heard Sunghoon say goodbye to his family before the sound of the door closing.

Why can't you just give me proper explanations? Gosh you suck, yet i can't hate u.

He leaned towards the window sill before sighing softly. "Right.. the song. That's it."

it's probably just about the song. right....?

Sunoo shakes his head slightly before throwing his head outside the window. He watched as the Sunghoon put on his leather jacket and set off on his motorcycle.

Even after all these years, Sunoo can't help but still get that feeling in his stomach. No one could unravel this feeling in him except the one and only Park Sunghoon.
It was strange, yet just like years ago, he felt hot when he was around Sunghoon. He would fidget with his fingers, his knees would grow weak, and he stuttered mid-sentence, whenever sunghoon was around.

He gazed through the window for some time before finally turning back to painting.

THE NEXT DAY, after art class, Sunoo went straight to the music room to meet Jay. His hair was still ruffled and dried paint was still stuck to his fingers as Professor Hong wouldn't stop whining about unnecessary stuff that Sunoo already knew about.

Thanks to Professor Hong, Sunoo was 17 minutes late and had to rush. His heart was pounding fast from all the stairs he had to climb. "You came." He heard, as soon as he opened the music room door.

Before he could realize it a smile had formed on his lips, he was happy to see Jay actually still sitting there waiting for him. For some reason he was terrified that Jay would've already left as of now.

"Here I am. Mr. Hong didn't want to stop expanding the lesson, I'm sorry." Jay patted the chair next to him before picking up the guitar that was lying in the open case. "Sit back and relax, I'm glad you came."

Oh god, there weren't that many stairs, but why is my heart still beating so fast?

He could have sworn his heart could jump out at any moment. Summer was coming to an end, yet he felt hotter than ever, sweat streaming down his face. It's the same little weird feeling he has felt before. This time coming from a different person.

"Are you feeling hot? Opening the window won't help in this weather, I'll get you some water Sunoo." Jay said as he fanned Sunoo with his hands. Even the cologne he used smells good. "Drink some water." Jay returned with two cold bottles of water in his hands.

They've known one another for some time, but now that he thinks about it, they barely know anything about each other. The only time they met was at basketball practice or while working on the song. There was this one time they met in front of a convenience store, but that was all there was to it. They never talked about anything other than music and something about it bothered him.

Sunoo couldn't help but get curious. What does he like to eat? How did he meet sunghoon? Does Jay have a girlfrie- "Jay, do you have a girlfriend?" What are you doing? God.

Obviously Jay couldn't help but be a bit surprised at the question, still holding onto his pen in his hand. "So suddenly?"

"Oh are you uncomfortable? I'm so sorry, you don't have to-", to sunoos surprise jay bursted out into a laughter leaving sunoo feeling really confused about the reaction. "You're so adorable, sunoo. I don't have a lover."

adorable?

he doesn't have a lover. Jay didn't bother to say girlfriend. He said lover. For some reason he was cheerful of the response, it was the answer he needed.

"What? Are u into me?"

"what..?"

"I'm just kidding." A chuckle left his mouth. "Ah, I forgot to mention. You have paint on your face."Sunoo felt his cheeks getting even redder and when he touched them with the back of his hand it seemed like they were burning. He wiped it off with help of water and his shirt.

Music sheets spread out on the table as Jay put the guitar on his lap and ran his fingers over the strings to tune the instrument.

Rumors were true, the Decelis boys were blessed with either looks or talent, but Jay definitely has both. Now he understands why they have so many fan clubs, even with that attitude.

"Should we wrap up for today? It's 4pm already."

shit.

Sunoo had been listening to Jay play guitar for the last hour and had completely ignored the time.

"oh shit."

Sunoo once again gathered his things in a hurry.

"Oh my god. How about i call you later, Jay?", He totally failed to remember that Sunghoon had requested that he should appear somewhat sooner than concurred today, so he had enjoyed longer with Jay than he anticipated.

He hated leaving Jay so soon at the moment, however he wanted to escape the situation somehow anyway. "What's going on? Do you need a ride?"

"It's okay, I'll call you!" He glanced at his cell phone as he threw his bag over his shoulder on the way out. Two missed calls from Sunghoon.

fuck, i'm screwed.
