To have their relationship be official, Elijah and Quinn went out on dates. That was something Elijah mostly wanted to do than Quinn, but she also enjoyed being treated as a girlfriend more than she thought. Elijah did treat her way better than any other boyfriend she ever had in the past.

Their friends knew they were in a relationship and was happy for them. They were going to go to the Halloween frat party tonight. Especially, Tara, no matter what Sam said. Elijah wanted to go if Quinn was going, but she didn't want to, so he stayed at the apartment with her. Being older, Elijah did grew out of dressing up for Halloween and didn't want to put the effort in for a costume, anyway.

Elijah and Quinn just stayed in her bedroom while the others were out at the party. They were passionately making out as Quinn was grinding on top of him. Their groans filled the bedroom.

Elijah knew he fell in love with her, but wasn't sure if he should say it or not. Or if Quinn even felt the same way.

"Quinn, baby?" He said as he felt her hips grinding against his.

Quinn never used any pet names before their hook ups because she didn't like them, but Elijah gave her pet names anyway to bug her.

"I love you," As soon as those words left his mouth, she stopped her movements. She looked down at him and her expression was unreadable to him. "You don't have to say anything, it's fine." He understood how she was when it came to things like that.

Quinn was kind of new when it came to being in an actual healthy and loving relationship. She never thought she would have one. Now that she was in one, she didn't expect to get treated so well like a queen.

"You do?" Elijah nodded, gently playing with the ends of her hair.

"I'm serious." He insisted.

"Why do you love me?" Quinn wondered.

"I've always liked spending time with you the most and I realized you're the only girl I want to be with." He answered genuinely.

Quinn almost got a little bit emotional at his words. She never heard that before from anyone she had ever been with. Quinn would be lying to herself if she didn't feel the same way about him. She was well aware of the risks to fall in love with someone like Elijah Kincaid, but there was a part of her that wishes she didn't care about the risks or consequences.

"Maybe it's not so bad to be in love with you, too." Quinn smiled and they started to make out again with Elijah on top of her.

Later, while they were going at it for the second time and their moans could be heard from outside the bedroom, they heard Sam calling for her.

"Quinn?"

Elijah groaned in annoyance that they had to stop what they're doing. And they were just so close to get to the good part if Sam hadn't cockblocked them.

"I thought you said Sam was at her therapist?" He asked.

"She was, but it looks like it ended early," Quinn said and got off him to put on her robe much to Elijah's disappointment. "I'll be right back." She sweetly pecked him on the lips.

"You better." Elijah told her and she left her bedroom and closed the door to see Sam.

He just laid down and wait for his girlfriend to return. The mood did get ruined anyway.

Minutes later, Quinn did return to the bedroom and looked at her boyfriend. Elijah sensed that something was wrong.

"Well, I may have made a mistake." Quinn said nervously, biting her bottom lip.
