Several days passed since she found out she was pregnant and we were heading to see her mom after she told her brother and Brantley, I knew that he had didn't care for me but I wasn't going to let her go so easily because she was mine and I was hers.

We finally arrived at her mom's house and headed inside, I noticed that she looked shocked when she walked inside and I heard a strange male speak to her.

Matt: hey buttercup...

Evangeline: dad...?

I stayed in the spot I was standing when I seen her walk out of my sight...

Kelsey: I'm glad you're here Evangeline...

Evangeline: when did you get out of prison...?

Matt: I got released yesterday...

Kelsey: is Gage with you sweetheart...?

Matt: who is Gage...?

I walked around the corner when I heard my name and seen her mom approach me before giving me a hug.

Evangeline: this is Gage.

Matt: he seems a little uptight.

Kelsey: he'll be fine...

Evangeline: is the guest house being used mom...? we plan on staying for a few days if that's okay.

Kelsey: of course. Help yourself and also while you're here you might want to go see Riley honey.

Matt: Riley, is he that boy who used to push you around when you were kids?

Evangeline: yeah. He got into a fight with Gage last time we were here last time.

Matt: he was a weird kid...

Kelsey: regardless of what happened, he could still use a friend. He is going through a rough time right now and I think he will be happy to see you Evangeline...

Evangeline: I can try but he made it clear he didn't want to talk to me again because of the fight between him and Gage...

Matt: what caused the fight?

Gage: he punched me and one thing led to another so...

Matt: I see... he probably deserved what you gave him.

Evangeline: I'm pretty sure Riley got a broken nose from it...

Kelsey: just go see him Evangeline please...

Evangeline: okay mom...

After we talked for another hour, I headed to the guest house with Gage and put our clothes away before dinner.

Gage: are you going to see him...?

Evangeline: I don't want to but if it makes my mother happy I will...

Gage: I don't want him touching you...

Evangeline: so come with me when I go see him...

Gage: I don't know if that will be a great idea...

Evangeline: I can't keep him off of me, what he kisses me...?

Gage: are you trying to upset me...?

Evangeline: no but it seems like you're jealous of my friendship with Riley and Brantley...

Gage: I'm not jealous but I am protective of the people that are mine...

Evangeline: remind me of how I am yours again because I forgot...

I knew what she was doing and I watched as she locked the door along with making sure the blinds on every window were closed so nobody could see us.

Gage: you belong to me and I will fight for you.

Evangeline: that kind of attitude is how I got pregnant with your child.

Gage: are you trying to get me riled up?

Evangeline: no but I will be powerless to stop another guy from kissing me.

I felt the anger rising up in me and without warning. I broke the wooden counter that I had my hands resting on while I had her cornered between me and the sink.

Evangeline: calm down baby...

I quickly pushed my body against hers while making sure that I didn't hurt her stomach...

Gage: don't piss me off or there will be consequences...

Evangeline: oh consequences, can I know what it will be?

Gage: you're doing that on purpose aren't you?

Evangeline: maybe I am...

I pinned her hands above her head and made eye contact with her then leaned towards her.

Gage: is this what you want...?

Evangeline: maybe...

Gage: I don't want anyone else trying to take you from me.

Evangeline: cause I belong to you right?

Gage: don't forget that...

Evangeline: I will probably need reminded of that after dinner.

Gage: you're enjoying this aren't you...?

Evangeline: yes...

I let go of her hands and sat down on the bed while she finished putting our clothes away then we walked back to her parent's house so we could eat dinner before we decided to get some rest before she went to see Riley.
