Be afraid. Be very afraid for what's about to take place. Anyway let's continue!

November 1993

Dre POV

In the midst of our creative space, where music floated like spaceships in our presence, the weight of urgency disrupted our vibe. Jimmy Iovine's arrival was a barrel of stress, his words slicing through the room like a sharp note in an otherwise harmonious melody we were crafting.

"Dre," Jimmy's voice cut through the air, urgency dripping from every syllable. "We need this album done, and we need it now."

I glanced at Jade, a silent exchange conveying the shared sense of pressure. I nodded at Jimmy, acknowledging his demand. "Jimmy, we're working non-stop on it. But 48 hours? That's tight."

His tone brooked no argument. "Each minute is costing us money. Interscope won't wait any longer. Finish it or we're out."

With a heavy sigh, I ran a hand through my hair, the weight of the ultimatum bearing down on me. Jade moved closer, her comforting presence a silent balm to my frayed nerves.

As Jimmy departed, leaving a trail of tension in his wake, my annoyance and stress simmered. I turned to T.A., a sense of desperation coloring my voice. "T.A., I need you to step in and finish the album."

T.A.'s confusion was palpable, his shock mirrored in the eyes of everyone present. "Dre, what? I can't do that."

I pleaded with an intensity born of necessity. "You've got the talent, T.A. You know this project inside out. Please, for the sake of everything we've worked for, help me out here."

The gravity of the situation was etched on my face, the pressure of the ticking clock weighing heavily upon me. I looked to D.O.C., silently urging him to support my plea.

"T.A., I need you to take over, finish the album for me. I got a whole lotta of shit going on man!"

T.A.'s shock mirrored my own desperation, confusion clouding his expression. "Me? But Dre, I—"

I interrupted, my urgency breaking through. "Please, T.A. You know the vision, you've been with us every step. I trust you to see this through."

T.A.'s disbelief was palpable, his words stumbling in the air, caught between shock and the weight of my request. His eyes searched for reassurance, and as they landed on Snoop, a silent plea echoed within them.

Snoop's gaze met T.A.'s, a plea for understanding, a shared understanding of the importance of seeing the project through amidst the chaos of a legal battle. The unspoken camaraderie between them hung in the air, a testament to their bond.

T.A.'s gaze then shifted back to me, a mix of confusion and urgency in his expression. "Dre, what are you gonna do if I step in?"

As T.A. awaited my response, I turned to Jade, a silent understanding passing between us. Her unwavering support had often been a beacon in tumultuous times.

I met her gaze, a sense of resolve settling within me. "I'll handle what needs to be done, T.A. We've got each other's backs, right?"

T.A. hesitated, the weight of my request evident in his conflicted expression. His words stumbled, mirroring the disbelief at the unexpected turn of events. "Dre, man, I-I don't know..."

Eventually, with a sigh and a nod, he reluctantly complied, diving into the mixing of the album with a determined focus.

Jade, sensing the weight on my shoulders, intervened at the right moment. "Come on, Dre. Let's step out for a bit," she suggested, her voice calm and reassuring amidst the chaos.
