No One Can Do It Better

Now if y'all didn't know today was the day that DOC himself released his first solo album under my brother's label Ruthless. I was so happy for him and he deserved every single minute of it. Another successful Ruthless act on the way!

I was talking to one of my best friends well my best friend Shameka just about how well Dre and the guys are doing.

"Girl enough of the chit chat about the guys. What's up with you and Dre?" Shameka said as soon as I put my can of 7UP down.

"Shit me and Dre are as good as gold!" I laughed and she shoved me playfully.

"Did you give him some?!" she said with a smirk that looked demented and awkward at the same time. Sometimes I just wonder if she was my best friend or not.

I gave her a crazy look. "Bitch what is wrong with you!"

She just laughed and put her hands up in surrender. "Hey! If y'all dating with each other and in a relationship y'all need to give it to each other."

I just rolled my eyes before I took a sip of my 7UP. I sighed at what she said. Maybe it was the time to do it. But I don't know, we're both so busy. He's doing his thing with NWA and I'm doing my thing at my job over at Fat Burger. It may not be the best job in the world but at least money's coming in.

"Shameka I don't know. We just can't finna go around and fuck every time we see each other. We have jobs you know?" I said stating the obvious.

"Whatever floats your boat girl. Let me know when you do the freaky shit with the beast!" she laughed and I laughed shaking my head at her nickname for Dre.

Just then DOC walks in and I instantly shoot up from my seat giving him a tight hug.

"Doc!!" I screamed happily and practically squeezed the life out of him. He smiled and returned the favor but a little more gently and subtle than what I did.

"Jade! I didn't expect that from you!" He said and I rolled my eyes and pushed him playfully. He looked at Shameka and he never took his gaze off her.

"Who's this?" he said eying her up and down licking his lips in the process. I just shook my head.
"Tracy that's my best friend Shameka. Shameka this is Tracy aka DOC aka Doc as we call him."

"Nice to meet you Shameka." D.O.C smiled and kissed her hand. She just blushed and giggled before DOC sat down and started to read a magazine.

Shameka moved over next to me and whispered something in my ear.

"Girl you never told me you had a fine ass friend!"

I just giggled before lowering the tone of my voice. "Well what can I say? He's not that bad looking is he?"

In truth he wasn't. DOC was a nice guy and everywhere T.A went Dre and DOC would be with him. I swear they are like brothers cause they never seem to split from each other.

"Hook me up with him!" Shameka said and I just looked at her.

"You crazy girl! I'm not doing that!"

"But why Jade? You need to help a sister out!" Shameka said before crossing her arms.

"Ugh! Fine!" I grumbled before going over to where DOC was.

"Hey Doc!" I said to him and looked at Shameka who smiled innocently. I averted my gaze back to DOC who put the magazine down.

"Oh hold up! You're on the cover of the magazine?!" I raised my voice and DOC nodded.

"NIGGA YOU MADE IT!" I screamed and engulfed DOC in a hug. I was really happy for him now. He made it on the cover of the Word Up! magazine. Wow!

"You're really hyper Jade!" DOC laughed and I laughed with him.
