18. One Direction on The Late Late Show With James Corden

Lilly's POV
So, the rest if the break was nice. We had to get back to work and the boys had an interview with James Corden. They filmed a dodge ball game and it was hilarious! I felt bad for Harrry, he got hit in the knackers! Then a few nights later they went onto the show and they talked about Zayn and why he left, he asked if they were going to add a new member and Harry kept saying no, which was funny with James because he acted hurt. Then, they talked about writting the album and James talked about me and asked how I was. Niall said, "She's actually back stage watching, she's been so supportive with everything and she's there for us when we need it. Our fans call her Mumma Direction..." James said, "Well why don't we bring her out, Lilly Black!" I protested, but a producer pushed me out and I walked out awkwardly and hugged James. He said, "Cinderella." I replied, "Baker." I was in Niall's jumper with shorts on... I has no makeup on and my bruise on my face was still visible. There wasn't any spot on the couch, but James pushed me on Niall's lap. The guys scooted over a bit, but it was still awkward to sit on. James asked me about the accident and I said, "I was actually able to meet the girls who did this and it was hard. I've been shouted at, I've been called many names, but no one has ever touched me..." I was a bit teary, but I continued saying, "They were mad because I took Niall off the market. I am currently healing right now still and I still have a week before I can finally go back to my tour. I'm just really happy that Niall, the guys, and their girls' were there for me. I remember hearing their voices and the brought me back..." James said, "Wow, Niall the hero..." I smiled and said, "He's always been my hero, even before I met him..." I kissed him and everyone awwed. Harry said, "That's going to take some getting use to..." James said, "Yeah, you two are found out that you're brother and sister, what's it like?" I smiled and said, "Being an only child I wanted a brother, now I have a twin brother! The rule of no sisters allowed to date the other band members is not applying to me..." Harry pulled me close and said, "Well, it may not apply to you, but I'll still protect you like always!" I smiled and James laughed and said, "So how is the song writting experience with the boys?" I said, "The guys of One Direction are so amazing. I mean, the song Harry wrote for me a new song which was fantastic! When I got involved and wrote music with them, it was magical and I couldn't be more proud of my guys for what they've achieved with their progression in writting songs. I loved that they were willing to let me into a bit of them they've never shown before and I thought and still think that that is the bravest thing they have done." James smiled and asked, "So what is it like to be with these boys?" I smiled and said, "They are my family. Liam's my older responsible brother who I look up too, Harry felt like my twin before we officially knew! We talked about anything and everything and now we do it even more! Louis is like my younger brother who loves to cause trouble and annoys me to pieces, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Niall is my, to be, husband, whom I love dearly and can't live without. I've looked up to these guys before I personally knew them; now that I know them and have lived with them for years, the memories I have made with them will be forever in my mind. I will never forget them, I will always love them, and I know they will love me." They all pulled me for a hug.

James asked, "What's it like living with Lilly." Louis said, "She's like a mum, in a good way. She takes care of us and when I annoy her so much she hates me one minute, but then loves me the next. She never stays mad at me and she always forgives me." Liam said, "She takes more responsibility than me, I've been know as Daddy Direction, strict and such, but she took the role as Momma Direction and she doesn't get curved by us. She's nurturing and maternal, especially when one of us has those days where we just feel low and stuff..." Harry said, "She's always someone to talk to, she may be dealing with so much, but she always is there for you and she puts you before herself which I think is just amazing!" Niall said, "You will never find one girl who isn't more dedicated to something, a girl who is more selfless, or a girl who loves more than her. She wakes up before us and makes us breakfast when we're on the tour bus, she gives us attention and love when we need it most, she works so hard for us, to build our career over her carer, and she is the best thing that has ever happened to me..." I was teary by the end and I pulled Niall up into a hug. Harry hugged my from the back, Liam on my right and Louis on my left... James hugged us too. I muttered to everyone, "You guys did so much for me, my turn to return the favor..." I was crying and James said, "Lilly Black everyone! We'll be right back with the lads of One Direction!" James pulled away giving us a moment, I said after a minute, "We can cry and hug later, you all have a show to do..." Harry said, "See, us over you..." I laughed and wiped my eyes. Lou was fixing the boys hair and makeup and I hugged Louis saying, "You are and pain in my butt, but I love all the same." He hugged me back and I hugged Liam saying, "Daddy Direction, you will always be serious and strict, but I still love you..." He hugged back and I hugged Harry saying, "Hey brother, I put you first because I love you..." He hugged back and then I finally hugged Niall who held me tight as I said, "I will never find another guy who can be there for me like you do, hold me like you do, and love me like you do... You are the best thing that I could ask for, Niall. I love you..." He kissed my lips and a producer yelled, "One minute!" I said, "I'll see you after the show." We did one more group hug and I went backstage.

The boys continued with the show talking about Niall falling at that golf tournament, them being on tour, how Liam fell during a show impressing Sophia, how Louis, and sometimes Liam, stay on the bus when everyone else sleeps in hotels, how we all snuck out to see Christ the Redeemer, and One Direction the TV special (which was in Where We Are) and go sight seeing.
I remembered that vividly, Niall almost had a panic attack and he looked so pale despite the heat. It was absolutely terrible for him, I had to keep him calm. They continued to talk about things thrown on stage and how Harry almost got hit with a dildo, how the fans did their own fan release with the song No Control, James read out some lyrics and made it really sensual... James showed the guys some things the fans did for them, they gave each of them cake pops that looks like them and Harry pretended to eat the cake pop and threw the cake pop over his shoulder, after that segment he went and grabbed it. It was hilarious! Niall mentioned how James was wearing a sweater that had Harry's tattoos and it was the first thing Harry saw when he walked onto the stage. They talked about how Harry got a new tattoo on his thigh, but he couldn't show it because he wasn't wearing any underpants... James said he would hold it... It was hilarious, they jammed out and went back on the bus.

Niall grasped my hand was they left the building and I said to all of the boys as we walked, "As you keep doing more interviews, they get funnier and better! I love them, this one was especially hilarious!" They thanked me and Paul said, "We are actually going to be coming back here tomorrow, James convinced the producers and myself to have you on the show tomorrow..." I smiled and said, "Maybe you boys can crash my interview like I crashed yours..." Niall laughed saying, "You didn't crash it, you made it better..." Harry said, "You can never ruin anything, Lilly." I smiled and said, "You're going to make me cry again!" Louis said, "As long as they're happy tears, cry all you want." Liam said, "We'll always be there..." Niall kissed me saying, "Always..."
I smiled and we all stayed on the bus that night... It was the best time of our lives. We just talked about memories and everything. I said, "I want to play something for you. It's my newest song, I have to sing the main part because I'm not finished, but listen to the lyrics... I think it will really hit home." They nodded excitedly and I played my song Always Be Together...
I finished and they all stared at me. I said, "It's mostly aimed towards Zayn and how he left, but it's really how I'll always be there for you lads and I just wanted to convey that to you, I do understand if you don't want it to go public." Niall came up to me and hugged me. Harry, Liam, and Louis followed quickly and they were a bit teary. I became teary too! I said, "No matter what, we'll always be together... Forever and always..." I put my hand in the circle and Niall repeated, "Forever and always..." The rest of the guys followed the suit and we hugged again. Liam said, "I think we can all agree that we can't do any of this without you, Lilly. We'll always need you..." Louis said, "You keep us going and help us through everything." Harry said, "We meant everything we said in that interview, you take so much on for us and you helped us so much, that we don't know what we'd do without you..." Niall said, "You're the honorary sixth member of One Direction..." I smiled with tears in my eyes and I said, "I meant every word I said when I had lunch with you at Nandos... I live for you and now I can do it further..." We hugged again and I said, "Now, off to bed, you all have had a busy day and need some rest for the concert tomorrow!" Louis said, "Yes, thank you, mum!" I laughed and said, "Of course ikkle Louiskins!" I pinched his cheeks and he laughed. We went to bed knowing no matter what would come next, we would go and it with our all...
