16. Waking Up

Lilly's POV
This is going to sound totally like the If I Stay movie, but it was, I was knocked out and I saw my body lying there on the ground. I followed everyone, but I couldn't sleep all night. I just kept thinking about what I heard... Harry and I are brother and sister! My whole family I know is dead... I wanted to give up, of all the days... I think that's why I was brought into surgery... I gave up, as I was about to leave, I heard Niall singing Little Things. I walked back to where he was and he said, "Lilly, please come back. I know your family is gone but you still have a home. You still have the lads, you have Uncle Simon, you have the girls, you have your loyal fans, and most importantly, you have me. Please, come back, I'm begging you..." I hated seeing him like this, I was being selfish if I left. I put all of my heart and soul into going back and I opened my eyes to see Niall's beautiful blue eyes... He smiled as tears filled his eyes. He ran over, yelled something, and then came back. He grasped my hand and I saw a light flash in my eye. I felt a mask being taken off my face, I was sat up straight, and a man, who I think is the doctor, said, "Hello, do you know who you are?" I said, "I'm Lilly Diana Black. Co-Producer of One Direction, singer, songwriter, and actress." He nodded, and pointed to Niall saying, "Who is this?" I smiled and said, "Niall James Horan, my fiancé, one out of the four members of One Direction, guitarist, songwriter, singer, Irish, and whom I love, very much..." Niall smiled with tears in his eyes. He pressed a small kiss to my lips. The doctor said, "Do you know what happened?" I said, "I was attacked by "fans" and the last thing I remember is being shoved against a metal object which I assume was a street lamp." He nodded and said, "I'm going to go get a few more people and see if you remember them. If you do, then you should be out of here by today or tomorrow." I nodded, Niall hugged me saying, "I missed you, I've been hysterical this past two days!" I rubbed his back and said, "It's okay, I'm here now..." I saw Harry and Charlotte come in. Charlotte had tears in her eyes and as soon as Niall pulled away, she hugged me and cried a bit. The doctor asked, "Who are they?" I said, "Charlotte Violet Williams, going to Uni right now and is dating Harry Edward Styles. Who is also right there. Another member of One Direction, singer, songwriter, and boyfriend of Charlotte." The doctor nodded and said, "I'm going to get everyone else, after a few tests, you may be able to go home today." I nodded and hugged Harry. He said, "You may not know this, but we're-" "Brother and sister," I cut him off. I said, "I don't know how to explain it, but I know my family is dead, I know Anne and Desmond are my real parents, and I know that I still have a family." Niall grasped my hand and I squeezed it. He smiled and I smiled back. Harry looked stunned. I giggled and everyone else came in. I said, "Louis William Tomlinson, another member of One Direction, singer, songwriter, and boyfriend to my best friend, Annabelle. Annabelle Emily Wate, best friend since seventh grade, currently at Uni for a degree to become a pharmacist, and girlfriend to Louis. Liam James Payne, final member to One Direction, singer, songwriter, and boyfriend to Sophia Anne Smith. She's a student at Uni for fashion design, is a very close friend of mine, and girlfriend to Liam. Simon Cowell, CEO of SYCO records and a bunch of singing competitions, and is mostly called Uncle Simon. Paul Higgins, manager to One Direction and myself. We are currently on holiday before we go back on One Direction's On the Road Again Tour and my Move Tour..." The doctor said, "We might keep you for overnight observations, but given you are fully aware of everything, I think you may be able to go home tonight. However, you will need to be unactive for at least four weeks, so no concerts." I smiled brightly and said, "Thank you." He walked off. Harry explained to the others what I explained and Annabelle asked, "Lilly, is that true?" I nodded, "I know it's weird and unusual, but it felt real!" Sophia said, "Don't worry, we believe you..." I smiled and asked, "How are all the fans taking it?" Niall handed me my phone and I looked at all the tweets and I said, "I want to post a video saying I'm okay." Niall video tapped me and I said, "Hey everyone, I'm alright and awake. I'm possibly going home tonight. Ni, hand me the camera! Please show some love to all of there fabulous people. Harry, Charlotte, Louis, Annabelle, Liam, Sophia, Simon, Paul, and of course my Niall. I want to thank everyone who prayed for me and sent good messages, they worked! I'll talk to you all soon. However, the doctor did say I will not be allowed to do any concerts for four weeks. So the first concerts I have in the U.S. will be moved to the end of the U.S. tour with special surprises. Thanks, again, I love you all! By the way, Harry and I found out we are biological brother and sister, bye!!!" I said to Simon, "Am I allowed to say that last part?" He said, "Go ahead, it just means more press for you all." I smiled and posted the video with the title, "Cinderella Awakes!" I posted it on every social media and so did everyone here.

The doctor came back in an hour later after I ate and he said, "You are able to go home. If you feel any dizziness to where you are going to throw up, go to a hospital, if you have regular pain, I prescribed you ibuprofen, I do not want you wearing any tight clothing so your body doesn't feel constricted, and finally, I don't want huge physical activity for four weeks." I smiled and said, "Thank you doctor..." I said to Simon, "I need to get home and sort everything out." He said, "Only if you don't over exert yourself." I said, "I have three weeks to organize a lot, I need to do it. I know I have a lot to go through with so little time..." Paul said, "You can get on a flight tonight. I assume that Niall is going with you?" Harry and Charlotte said, "So are we." I looked at them and then Liam and Sophia said, "We are as well." My eyes bounced to them and then Louis and Annabelle said, "Us as well." I said, "You guys should relax... go home, see family and friends!" Harry said, "I have a sister to get to know." Annabelle said, "This gives Louis a chance to meet my parents." Liam said, "You're going to need help, so might as well." I smiled and said, "Thank you. Tonight, we fly to Arizona, go to my uncle's house since it has a lot of rooms, then, we start."
