3rd person pov

Y/n's mind was cloudy her eyes were left heavy still feeling the side effects from the drug. She heard faint voices that felt familiar to her. Unable to move she was forced to listen to the voices.

"We can't let her stay here! "

Anna. Y/n recognized the voice instantly an overwhelming amount of shame rose in her as she realised that the girl she once treated as a little sister was now terrified of her.

"She's staying. I want no more discussion about this"

Norman. The shame quickly expired and turned into bitterness she wanted to rip his vocal chords from his throat so he would stop being the little 'hero' he wanted everyone to think he was.

"I- I just can't believe that she's really alive... After all these years we can't just let her go"

Gilda. God how she missed her compassion Y/n couldn't remember the last time she felt kindness from another person.

"I agree, Y/n was always there for us when we needed her now it's our turn to help her. "

Don. Always all heart, it didn't matter if he wasn't the smartest or the strongest he always cared about his family he wanted so desperately to be useful to them all, and to protect them. Y/n wondered if he was able to take Phill with him during the escape she hoped he did she always loved the kid.

"If she's the reason we had to evacuate the bunker and she's the reason for all the death that happened- then she's not the
Y/n I remember. She needs to leave. Now! "

Now this was a voice that she hardly recognized. It was sharp and emotionless the female's voice was foreign to the blonde.

"Em she's staying"

Emma. The voice that said the cold reality of what Y/n became belonged to Emma. Now that brought a wave of pain to sink in to her heart, how could her best friend speak about her with no empathy? Had she really fallen that far? Y/n then heard Norman leave the room saying he had to take care of something that made the girl feel much better because she felt her head clear a little. She definitely didn't want his face to be the first thing she saw when she woke up.

The blonde felt her eyelids flutter open the blurry faces looked down at her through the bars. Great another cell she thought. The teenagers found a cell in the abandoned temple and decided to put Y/n in there until they all agreed on what to do next with her. Of course Ray hated the idea of Y/n being caged like a animal he feared her surroundings would trigger memories of her treatment in Lambda.

He was correct. When Y/n's vison cleared she focused on the bars in front of her when she tried to stand up she felt a weight on her arms only to look down and realise she had chains around her wrists. She let out a dry chuckle "Cute".

Looking up at the ceiling she noticed the brick work. She realised she was kept somewhere old based on the smell of damp she knew that the building wasn't kept up in maintenance.

She knew it would be easy to escape.

But she let the now strangers in front of her to think they were in control. "Y/n? Is that really you? " Gilda gasped walking over to the cell desperate to see her friend after all these years.
