Ingredients:-

Prepare kofta:-

Green chilli - 3-4.

Green coriander - 3 tbs.

Onion sliced - 1 medium.

Chicken qeema - 1/2 kg.

Salt- 1 tsp or to taste.

Red chilli powder - 1 tsp or to taste.

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs.

Garam masala powder - 1 tbs.

Oil for frying....

Prepare curry:-

Oil - 1/4 cup.

Onion chopped - 1 medium.

Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp.

Cumin seeds - 1 tsp.

Red chilli powder - 2 tsp or to taste.

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.

Garam masala - 1 tsp.

Salt- 1 tsp or to taste.

Yogurt - 1 cup.

Water - 1 cup.

Cream - 1/4 cup.

Green coriander for garnishing.

Green chilli for garnishing.

Prepare kofta:-

In chopper, add green chillies, green coriander & onion, chop well....

Add chicken, salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder & chop until well combined.....

Grease hands with oil, take a small portion of mince mixture, & shape into small balls, ( make 12 balls)....

In wok, add cooking oil & fry meat balls, until golden & set aside.....

For curry:-

In wok, heat oil & onion saute until changes colour....

Add ginger garlic paste & mix add cumin seeds & mix well, add Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt & mix.....

Add yogurt & mix well & cook for 2 minutes.....

Add water, & mix , add fried meat balls, & bring it to boil, cover & cook for 6-8 minutes.....

Turn off the flame , add cream & mix well.....

Garnish with green coriander, green chillies, & cream & serve hot....
