Ingredients:-

Paneer - 500g.

Salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste.

Red chilli powder - 1 tsp or to taste.

Yogurt - 1 & 1/2 cup.

Gram flour roasted - 1 tbs.

Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp.

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.

Garam masala - 1/2 tsp.

Cumin seeds roasted & crushed - 1 tsp.

Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp.

Fresh coriander chopped - 1 tbs.

Salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste.

Ginger garlic paste - 1 & 1/2 tbs.

Mustard oil - 2 tbs.

Capsicum cubed - 1 large.

Onion cubed - 1 large.

Tomato cubed - 1 large.

Cooking oil - 1-2 tbs.

Chutney:-

Green chilli - 3-4.

Mint leaves - 1/2 cup.

Fresh coriander - 1/2 cup.

Gram flour roasted - 1 tbs.

Salt - 1/4 tsp or to taste.

Ginger - 1 inch piece.

Garlic - 2 cloves.

Mustard oil - 1 tbs.

Lemon juice - 3-4 tbs.

Water - 1/2 tbs or as required.

Method:-

In a bowl add paneer, salt, red chilli powder, mix well & set aside.....

In a bowl, add yogurt, roasted gram flour, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin seeds, green chilli paste, fresh coriander, salt, ginger garlic paste, mustard oil & whisk well.....

Add capsicum, onion, tomato, & mix well....

Add paneer & coat well....

Thread paneer & vegetables into skewers ( makes 10 -12).....

In a grill pan add cooking oil & fry from all sides Until golden brown.....

Chutney:-

In a blender, add green chilli, mint leaves, fresh coriander leaves, gram flour, salt, ginger, garlic, mustard oil, lemon juice, & blend until well combined......

Add water & blend again....
