Ingredients:-
Onion sliced - 4 medium.
Salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste.
Coriander seeds crushed - 1/2 tbs.
Cumin seeds crushed - 1/2 tbs.
Green chilli chopped - 2-3.
Red chilli crushed - 1 tsp or to taste.
Fresh coriander chopped - 2 tbs.
Gram flour sifted - 1 cup.
Water - 1/4 cup or as required.
Yellow food colour - 1 pinch.
Cooking oil for frying.....
Method:-
In bowl, add onion, salt, & mix well....
Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, green chilli, red chilli crushed, fresh coriander, & mix well....
Add gram flour & mix well....
Gradually add water, mix well, add yellow food colour, & mix until thick batter is formed....
In wok, heat cooking oil, & fry onion pakora, on low flame, until golden brown....
Sprinkle chaat masala & serve....
