Armaan's sinister move

They reached their house and Anaya was analysing while she came back and Arjun knew who did this publicity. They entered the living room, where they saw Rakesh and Lavanya, Arjun's parents, watching the news on TV. They looked shocked and confused by what they were seeing. Armaan, Arjun's step-brother and Anaya's ex-fiance, was also sitting on the couch, with a smirk on his face.

Arjun was furious. He stormed into the living room and switched off the TV. He grabbed Armaan by his collar and shouted, "Saale Kameene, you gave the false news right?" He accused Armaan of leaking the news of their marriage and name change to the media, and of lying about them having an affair. Armaan said, "I never went out of the house, Arjun and how would I give anyone any news?" He denied Arjun's accusation and pretended to be innocent.

Anaya said, "Don't you dare kid with me Armaan, I am the empress of the business world and I can understand how you do these dirty actions." She did not believe Armaan's denial and challenged him. She was a successful businesswoman who had built her own empire. She knew how people like Armaan operated and how they tried to sabotage others.

Armaan laughed evily and said, "Ma, look who is talking about dirty actions. You were in a relationship with me, got engaged with me and finally got married to my step-brother." He mocked Anaya and tried to portray her as a cheater. 

Anaya said, "Shut up Armaan, you knew it was my father's last wishes and I had to get married to him." She defended herself and reminded Armaan that she had married Arjun only because her father had wanted her to do so before he died. Her father had been a close friend of Rakesh and had trusted him to take care of his daughter. He had also known that Armaan was not a good match for her.

Armaan asked, "What did you get by marrying this illegitimate son of my father? He may run papa's business but he does not have any property in his name." He insulted Arjun and questioned Anaya's decision. He referred to Arjun as an illegitimate son, because Arjun was born out of wedlock. Rakesh had married Arjun's mother, Kamala, after she had given birth to him. He had adopted Arjun as his own son and had given him his surname. He had also made him the heir of his business empire. However, he had not given him any property or assets, as he wanted him to earn his own wealth.

Before Rakesh could react, Anaya slapped Armaan and said, "That doesn't make Arjun any different Armaan. If Sasur Ji, does not give any property to him. I will. All my property will be Arjun's." She stood up for Arjun and slapped Armaan for his rude remark. She declared that she did not care about Arjun's property or lack thereof. She said that she would give him all her property, which was worth billions.

Arjun was shocked by Anaya's statement. He did not expect her to say that. He was very overwhelmed by Armaan's statement, which had hurt him deeply. Nobody ever spoke about Kamala or Arjun's birth, as it was a sensitive topic. Lavanya always treated Arjun as her own son and loved him unconditionally. Arjun felt ashamed and angry. He could not control his emotions anymore. He went upstairs and locked himself in his room.

Rakesh said, "ARMAAN! HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO HIM LIKE THAT? YOU KNOW THAT HIS WEAKNESS AND WANT TO TRIGGER IT?" He scolded Armaan for his cruel words. He knew that Arjun was insecure about his birth and his identity. He knew that Armaan wanted to provoke him and make him feel bad.

Armaan said, "Papa, whatever it is he is an illegitimate. You married his mother after he was born so I don't care." He did not apologize or show any remorse. He repeated his insult and showed his disrespect for Arjun and Kamala. He did not care about Rakesh's feelings or his relationship with him.

Anaya slapped him again and said, "If you ever speak about Arjun or Kamala Ma, I will file a case against you about the physical abuse you did with me." She slapped Armaan for his insolence and warned him. She revealed that Armaan had physically abused her when they were in a relationship. She threatened to take legal action against him if he ever spoke ill of Arjun or Kamala again.
