Description: I might have borrowed some lines from nurse Jackie for this character, in season 1 episode 10 Zoey walked in on Jackie & Eddie having sex, i always knew when I started this FF way back when I wanted Zoey to walk in on them.

Chapter 23
Readers PoV:
After finally leaving Akalitus office, finally agreeing to help out on the maternity ward for the next two weeks starting next week, since one of the doctors had just gotten married and would be away on her honeymoon, the only reason I needed some convincing before agreeing to help, was Eleanor, because even though we will still be working in the same building together, we would barely see each other, that would make things difficult as we were still trying to figure things out between us, than again two weeks away from Eleanor might help me get a little perspective about our new found relationship.
letting out a sigh of relief I came to the decision that maybe Eleanor and I not seeing each other throughout the day might just be a good thing, we can always have dinner after work, tell each other about our day, beside I never worked with Olivia, which meant I never really saw her during the day, I only saw her in the evening, and on some occasion we would meet up for lunch if Olivia knew she would be working late, the more I think about it the more I like the idea of not working or seeing Eleanor in working hours, as least until we find a nice balance for working together and sleeping together, also thinking of Olivia I owe her a conversation, I know we agreed not to see or speak to each other for the next four months, however having lunch with my new girlfriend warrants a conversation in my book.
First I need a conversation with Zoey, before Eleanor decides to kill her for walking in on us without knocking, Eleanor would most definitely kill Zoey if she told Jackie before she had a chance to tell Jackie herself, I walk into A&E and search the room for Zoey, it took me a minute however I finally spotted Zoey over by a patients bed doing her IV, I decide to wait until Zoey was finish, I notice Jackie sitting at the nurses computer.
"Hay, Jackie would it be possible to take Zoey for ten minutes when she is done?" I asked Jackie not wanting to get on her bad side, especially since she is Eleanor's best friend.
"We are really short staff today, can it wait?" Jackie asks me not looking up from the computer.
"I'm afraid not because if I don't talk to her before O'Hara get a hold of her, then O'Hara may just kill her," I explain to her.
"Why? What did Zoey do?,,, you know what never mind I don't want to know,,, take her no more than ten minutes," Jackie tells me finally looking away from the computer screen and at me, as if on cue I hear the clicking from Eleanor's heels, turning my head to the side slightly, just in time to see Eleanor walking towards us.
"Did you speak to Zoey yet?" Eleanor asked me placing her hands on her hips, I know that was for Jackie's benefit not mine.
"Just about to talk to her now," I tell her, seeing that Zoey has finished putting in the IV, I make my way over towards Zoey, making sure to walk past Eleanor brushing my hand against her leg.
"Zoey a-word," I make it sound like an order as I walk towards the main entrance of the hospital, I glance behind making sure Zoey was following me, we go outside and sit down on a seat, Zoey sat down next to me with a stupid grin on her face.
"You and Dr O'Hara are really cute together," Zoey says making me think that killing Zoey might be a very good option.
"I am not Afraid to kill you," I warn her with narrow eyes.
"What about you and detected Benson?" Zoey asked as if we were friends, don't get me wrong I like Zoey, I really do, I just wouldn't consider her a friend.
"Zoey, what you walked in on was a very very private moment between me and Dr O'Hara,,," I was saying when Zoey cut me off.
"Oh, I know, listen, I don't have any judgment or anything, I want to second with my manager at burger king, so I get it." Zoey shares with me as if we were old friends.
"See, I don't want to know that. You walked in on me, I didn't share this information with you. I don't want you to share this information with me," I said referring to the information she had just shared with me about her time in burger king, "and if you share this information with anyone, especially with Jackie, both myself and Dr O'Hara will kill you," I tell her in a tone of voice that lets her know just how serious I was.
"Got it, we're professionals, can I still be happy for you both?" Zoey asked me.
"As long as you don't tell anyone about me and Dr O'Hara," I warned her again.
"I won't, so what about you and detected Benson?" Zoey asked me, placing my elbows on my knees so I could hide my face in my hands letting out a grown, before looking back at her.
"Zoey, I'm going to say this one more time so pay attention, my relationship with O'Hara has nothing to do with you, my relationship with detected Benson has nothing to do with you? Do I make myself clear?" I ask Zoey.
"Yes, your relationships are none of my business," Zoey says, finally the girl gets it.
"Great now if I was you, I'd get back before Jackie kills us both," I tell her needing a minute to myself, glad that Zoey left without saying another word, letting out a heavy sigh I lean my head back against the wall, closing my eyes I try to let my body relax even for a minute, it must of work as I felt my body beginning to relax, I don't know how long I was sitting there for when I heard clicking heels, I didn't have to open my eyes to know that those clicking heels belonged to Eleanor making my lips turn up into a smile.
