Chapter 2

Noah's POV

Hit, whimper

The gurgling and crackling sound of whips and whimpers is what filled the dark, shady room. The only spot with light in the room was the punishment point, where there were two Alpha warriors beating the daylights out of me, the so-called Future Alpha, Beta, and Gamma of the pack, and  the two Omegas kneeling down.

The Future Alpha of the pack excused one of the warriors and started whipping me. He started panting hard after a while as blood gushed out of my body. After he was done whipping me, he asked his Beta and Gamma to have their fills on me. By this time, the room was filled with only whipping sound as I had already lost my voice.

I was about to pass out when the Future Alpha crouched down in front of me, held my jaw in his hand, and licked my cheek, to which I turned my face away, and he growled saying, "Look at me." using his Alpha voice, to which my omega submitted.

As I turned my face to look at him, his fist met my face...

I woke up, once again, panting hard and trying to calm my breathing down. This had just become a routine for me. So I got out of bed all at once and headed to the bathroom to get ready for the first day of high school.

I got out of the bathroom after bathing and headed to my closet to pick out an outfit but got stuck, as I had no idea what to wear, but then settled for a green hoodie (the exact green shade that I like) and a pair of black jeans with white sneakers and a black cap. The cap was to keep me as hidden as possible.

I picked up my bag as I headed down for breakfast, and when I entered the dining room, my family was already sitting at the table filled with all my favorite foods. I was a little surprised to find only vegetarian food on the table and smiling faces around it instead of scowling and whining.

Yes, I am a werewolf, and I am a vegetarian. When I was young, I had seen the cruelty with which they killed the animals, and my older pack gave Omegas only vegetables and bread as food. So yeah, I eventually turned into a complete vegetarian.

"Good morning", they all greeted me in unison with so much happiness, pride and love that all my nerves melted at the sight. I smiled at them real wide and greeted them each with a tight hug to express my gratitude.

After breakfast, as Liam and I were heading to school, Mia and Ethan hugged me tight and pressed a kiss on my forehead.

"You ready to go, Kiddo?" Ethan asked and looked his in the eye and nodded my head with confidence only to hide my nervous facade behind a smiling face.

"Here," Mia said as she gave me a ring which was a band with a beautiful, small purple stone in the middle and I looked at her confused.

"I got this from Aunt Katty, this is a magical ring that will hide your smell and keep you from getting affected by Alpha pheromones if necessary." I accepted the ring gratefully. Aunt Katty or Katherine is Mia's close friend and a witch, she had helped my parents a lot in the past with me and also was one the few people who I was comfortable around.

I wore the ring, and Liam and I got out of the door and into the car, waving our goodbyes before we were on the roads. It was only a 10-minute drive to the high school, where Liam parked the car in the parking lot, and I stood in front of the high school building with a huge sign saying 'Rivera Valley High School'.

Rivera Valley High School was built in the memory of Olivia Rivera, the mother of our current alpha and the first omega to fight against the rules that excluded the omegas from their rights. She was really strong, and with the help of her mate, they changed the fate of all the omegas in this pack.
