I Lost You Gained:

You were supposed to live a long happy life with us,

Little did we know, you would be born sleeping.

You were supposed to be by our side, day in and day out,

Little did we know, you would never open your eyes.

You were supposed to be the stars of our lives

Little did we know, we would never see you smile.

You were supposed to be... Everything a boy could be

Little did we know, you would never draw your first breath in.

We never got to see you,

Smile, walk, talk, sing, laugh, play, or grow up.

But it does not matter what we did not get,

All that matters is what you got.

What did you get?

Free pass to heaven, never knowing pain, fear, etc.

We love you Kaleb and Ethan

You will forever be in our hearts, minds, and tears.
