Dear God,
You took my little brothers from me,
I will never get to see my brothers' eyes,
or hear them speak.
I will never see them grow,
or teach them all that they should know.
I will never fight life's battles with them,
or see them play a sport.
I will never get to see, what most people get to see,
but it doesn't matter!
They never knew pain or fear.
They did not have to choose Heaven or Hell.
They got to be with Jesus from the start.
They got a lot of things that most others don't.
It does not matter what I didn't get,
all that matters is what they DID get.
I will take the pain,
That they never had to feel,
Because ...
I am their big sister, whether they are here in the flesh or not!
