Trust me when I say to you,
I have been through the unimaginable.
Trust me when I say to you,
I know what pain is.
Trust me when I say to you,
I understand your pain.
Trust me when I say to you,
this is a pain like no other.
Because when I was just 4 years old,
I lost my brother.
Because just 10 months later,
another brother gained his wings.
Because I know what it is like,
to mourn someone who never took a breath.
Because I never saw their,
smile or even their eyes.
Because I never heard their,
voice or tiny chuckle.
Because I did not have the privilege,
of growing up with my brothers.
Trust me when I say to you,
you can get through it.
Trust me when I say to you,
your baby is always with you.
Trust me when I say to you,
you will see your baby again someday.
Trust me when I say to you,
it will be well worth the wait!
