Jennie was in that weird headspace again.

She was a confident and a badass woman who loved every inch of her body. She adored her thick thighs and she loved her hips. She loved the boobs that were, to her, just the right size and she even had no cares for the stretch marks on her body.

Years ago, she wouldn't have been able to love even the tiniest portion of her body because of how much she disliked it but, thanks to her wonderful girlfriend, friends, family and many therapy sessions, she had never been so in love with the way she looked.

Until today.

Today, was one of her off days. A day where she felt like she wasn't good enough and she wasn't the 'perfect' size. Today, she felt terrible and it was also the day of Jisoo's red carpet for her new movie.

Jennie was staring at the sparkly red dress that was hung up on her wardrobe. When she tried the dress on, she refused to take it off because of how much she loved the way it looked on her curves.

Jisoo's mouth was watering when she walked out of the dressing room, boosting her ego a little more, and she quickly had to rush her out of the store and drive her back home just so she could bend Jennie over the kitchen counter and treat her the way she deserved.

She had never been so in love with a dress before. So why now, was she hating it so much?

She ignores the horrible thoughts that try to crawl into her mind and goes downstairs to make a cup of tea. Tea was her favourite thing on a bad day like this. Whenever she felt lower than low, she would make herself a cup of tea and feel herself slowly start to feel a tiny bit better than before.

After making her cup of tea, she sat at the kitchen counter and scrolled through her Instagram which she soon started to regret when images of Jisoo and her ex-girlfriend Soojoo started to pop up on her timeline.

She had never ever been the jealous type when it came to Jisoo's exes. Yes, they were mostly supermodels and actresses that looked so beautiful no matter what the circumstances but she was never jealous of them. They were a part of Jisoo's life before her and there wasn't anything she could do about it, much like how Jisoo couldn't do anything about the exes in her past.

She noticed the huge grin on her face when she saw the stunning blonde model, who was wearing a beautiful floral dress that complimented her eyes and accentuated her long tan legs. She noticed the way Jisoo's hand rested on her slim waist and the way her skinny arms wrapped around her neck in a friendly embrace.

She noticed things she never noticed before and she hated it.

Jennie looked down at her outfit. She was wearing an oversized shirt and sweatpants that made her look slightly bigger than normal but were extremely comfortable. She was nothing like Jisoo's ex-girlfriend, she had thicker thighs, a bigger waist and brown eyes with brown hair. Jennie found herself typing in the names of all the girls Jisoo had been with in the past and began to compare every tiny detail to herself. She hated feeling like this.

Tears started to fall from her eyes as she let the thoughts overcome her and she threw her phone against the wall from just how frustrated she was getting. She sobbed into her hands and tried to think of reasons she should love herself and how she shouldn't be doubting her relationship with Jisoo just because she looked different from the other girls but she was stuck in her own head with pictures of all the jaw-dropping models.

Suddenly, she heard the door open and she immediately knew exactly who it was.
"Baby, I'm home!" Jisoo called.

Jisoo was confused by the silence in the house. It was usual for her to walk into the house and see Jennie dancing to Dua Lipa on the TV or watching a movie upstairs in their bed where she would crawl under the covers and snuggle into Jennie, letting her explain exactly what was going on in the movie but paying no attention to the details as Jisoo was completely focused on Jennie's lips.
