Trisha was trotting down the hallway of the first floor, heading to Reiji's room. Touga Sakamakis appearance had rattled the girl out of her game and her composure. The confrontation definitely left her wondering and at a crossroad with no idea what to do next. Was it really that smart having shown her knowledge of the vampire manor?

Given from Yui's expression she had made a fatal mistake that might declare her doom.

Despite this, she was able to gain a little insight on the unfortunate situation and how her mother's past was linked to Touga Sakamaki, even if it wasn't as detailed as she had hoped.

She'd have to create some sort of plan in case she had to prepare for the worst case scenario. For now though she'd better place the masterkey she had found back to Reiji's room before any suspicions arose. With the few books she was able to steal she surely would be able to create something of use that might help her and Yui against the Vampires. Perhaps even the red witch would be willing to aid her. She did before then maybe she might again.

As Trisha was tiptoeing around a corner her demon familiar jumped onto the shoulder startling the poor girl who'd jumped and bumped into a nearby night stand.

"Jesu-" the girl started but stopped as she saw the fur of the cat standing high, with its back curved as in fear hissing at an unknown danger.

Concerned about this bizarre behavior the girl shifted her attention to the cat, who's eyes had dilated looking around as if in a panic. The girl was considering asking her familiar if everything was ok, having a slight suspicion of her own that something was foul. Listening into the silence the girl was trying to figure out if there was something in the mansion that had changed and indeed, an eerie silence had taken over the house, one the girl had never experienced before.

The hair on her neck rose high up and she could feel a slight shiver of panic overcome her as well, but why?

"Trisha!" She heard her name being yelled out into the corridor. Startled yet again she turned around to see who was calling. Yui, red cheeks, out of breath was running toward the girl with a sheer look of panic in her own eyes.

"Yui...?" the girl whispered to herself, still not quite aware of the danger she found herself in. Trisha wanted to approach Yui, but the blond girl gestured her vividly with wide swinging arms to do the opposite.

"You have to run! You have to run they-" But before the blond could finish her sentence a second figure emerged from behind Yui slamming her against the floor pushing her face into the ground to prevent her from saying anything.

Pinning her down with his knee on her back was none other than Subaru who'd pin the girl down in place, but something was different in his demeanor. The way he carried himself and the radiant glow in his eyes, his...smile?

That's when Trisha understood. Bared fangs Subaru shifted his attention to her with a hunger in his eyes that let her blood froze.

Run!

She ran.

Turning, she stumbled down the long corridor with the intent to find the nearest exit. Given the dangerous footsteps behind her she could tell that Subaru was going to reach her, there was no way she could outrun a vampire. She'd have to fight if she couldn't get out in time.

At the end of the hallway she spotted a decorative stand of swords hanging at hands reach. Giving a quick glance behind her to determine how close he was to her, she decided to risk it. Heading straight to the object, the girl pulled out one of the swords from its halter and turned around at a rapid speed, just close enough to block off Subarus' attack.
