"No!" Trisha cut the vampire off, already knowing what he demanded of her.
Her memories flashed back with the fresh recollection of the stinging pain in her neck as pointed fangs entered her flesh without permission.
Narrowing her eyes at Shu with much displeasure, she realized that her answer had come too fast, for a sly passing smirk formed on the vampire's lips.
His eyes wandered up to the girl's yellow orbs as Trisha tried to resist the urge to show her fear of his fangs. Piercing through the walls she tried to build, the vampire let out a small chuckle. "Always so quick to answer~". He made sure to let his canines flash for Trish to see. A shower of cold terror overcame the human, which she tried to resist.
"You have taken enough." she hissed through gritted teeth. Trisha's throat tightened, barely being able to let out a breath.
Shu's facial expression darkened at her resistance and an expression of what Trisha judged as displeasure laid on his face, whether it be of her stubbornness or the content of her distress.
Trisha knew she couldn't demand anything of the vampire. She was in no position to do so, but she still took a threatening step towards the boy. "You have had your fill. And don't forget that thanks to you, I'll be now on a silver tray every two months because of that insane game of yours! That should be enough as payment."
Her teeth grinding against one another, the human burned holes into Shu's eyes with an intensity and confidence the girl thought she had lost. By her comment, the vampire only wrinkled his nose taking a deep breath as he closely observed her features. Then, Trisha didn't even believe it herself, the boy had the decency to finally move from his sluggish lying position. Though, it was not for facing the girl as Trisha had hoped. With one strong swoop, Shu grabbed her by her waist and pulled her onto him on the sofa. Arms reaching over Trisha's upper body, which seemed so small in Shu's arms, Trisha laid face flat on his chest confused about what had just occurred.
Too scared and stunned to speak, the brunette remained quiet waiting intensly what Shu was about to do next. But as usual, Shu didn't bother to do anything
She didn't even dare to raise her head to look at the boy, too afraid of what she might find. So, her face was buried in the vampire's soft clothes. As Trisha listened closely for any movement of the vampire, like an insect stuck in a spider's web fearfully paying attention to every vibration of the net, the girl came to a shocking realization as her ears pressed closer to Shu's chest.
"You guys have no heart beat...." Trisha unintentionally muttered under short breath as her eyes opened wide.
She heard shuffled moving coming from Shu, as if he had to chuckle.
"And yet, yours beats so fast." the girl could feel Shu's arm moving to her side, forcing her to lift up her upper body to face her. "Afraid?"
Expecting to see another smirk of this stupid boi, Trisha was yet again surprised to be met with a cold glare from the vampire. Showing no sign of his cheekiness before. Whatever confidence Trisha had before to talk back to Shu had now vanished.
"You can send your regards to Kanato for the game." He then said cold, his mood shifting as fast as a chameleon turning colors. "I had no play in this, nor that I ever wanted."
Then, he shifted closer, his eyes glaring at the girl with hunger. A hunger so big that it ran a gut wrenching chill down Trisha's spine. She couldn't hide her fear nor the twitching in her legs trying to get away from Shu as he kept coming closer.
"All I want is this addiction you have infected me with. This scent that calls to me at night and whispers sweet music in my ear." Almost sitting upright, Shu gently shifted his left arm up to Trisha's face who, in her fear, could not command her body to move an inch. Her skin prickled with disgust as she felt the vampire's ice cold hand on her cheeks.
