You took me to a place I hadn't seen before
Not quite sure what you had in store
Silence, screams, no one makes a fuss
This place has become a latibule for us

We lay on a bed of flowers, their smell is more than mild
Our thoughts have planted seeds, that's what made them wild
I can't think of a place I'd rather be
My feelings for you are at the highest degree

The wind agrees, as it compliments your hair
You give a warm smile, I couldn't help but stare

You call me your buddy, you call me your friend
And all I can do is play pretend

But your more than a buddy, your more than a friend
Still, I know if I say something, it would come to an end

It would rain and pour to my heart's core
My tears a flood, overcoming the sea shore
A hurricane of emotions tossing me all over the place
I'll convince myself that there's nothing to embrace

But what if the skies clear and the warmth meets our skin
Could I finally admit what lies within

And what if the rain stops and the flowers grow
After all it's just you and me, and this moment in the meadow
