When i arrived home , Vivian's nurse , Emily , was on her way out , we greeted each other and stayed for a chat before each of us goes on her way

" she's getting better , she can move some of her toes , that's a good sign " Emily stated , a look of wary and pity on her face , as if she was saying this to make me feel better

" but she's not walking any time soon is she ? I asked directly , of course she's not , it's been ten damned years ;" i really don't have enough informations to answer that question , Audrey , but have some faith " she said with a smile as she patted my shoulder

I smiled back and walked inside the house . Vivian was laying on the couch watching friends again , traitor ; " caught you , watching without me again ?" I caught her off guard and she almost screamed , her reaction was priceless

" sorry , can't help it , Emily just left by the way" she said and i nodded ;" yeah i know , i ran into her " i took a seat next to her on the couch

" how's your second day at work ?" She asked and i gave her a dying smile ;" i survived , trust me it's not getting easier " i threw my head back as my eyes landed on the screen , where Monica and Phoebe were waxing their legs

Gosh i hated this episode , it's where Ross and Rachel break up , and trust me , they were not on a break

My mind drifted off , remembering that i have to get up early tomorrow to meet with the devil i The suit again

I rolled out of bed at four, then let out a yawn , I was up until midnight working , it was a busy time of the year

I took a hot shower before preparing myself to sweat again when Audrey comes , she should be here soon

I brushed my teeth and put on a running shirt, shorts and shoes . In the email , i sent specific details about my place , if she was smart enough to follow them , she should be stepping out of my elevator any moment

Ding-dong

There she is , five thirty a.m , on the dot

She appeared in front of me , wearing tight speedos and long sleeves tech shirt , her hair was curled into a pony tail , and a cap on her head
" morning" she said ;" morning " i replied , tearing my gaze off

She glanced around a bit, and I let her soak it all in . She did not show any emotion at all , she might as well be in a typical middle-class home for all the reaction she had . And it was very irritating . She should be impressed , she should be sorry as hell and regretful to the point where she begs for my forgiveness

I hoped she saw the enormous garden we were going to run around in a few minutes and the lavish building , all the marble and stone and crystal , i wanted her to weep and gnash her teeth that this could've been hers if only she hadn't betrayed me

" where is everyone?" She finally looked at me

She was searching for other people ?! Really ?
