The scariest emotion one can receive
is not the vehement hatred of another
the burning magma of one despising your existence
it is not common self hatred
you own thoughts lashing at your very core
it is not conditional love
where you know the simple parameters you must keep
it is not effort filled ignorance
where one cares so much they choose to deny your existence
or effortless ignorance
where one simply does not know of you
no, the scariest emotion to receive
Is love unconditional
unlike the vehement hatred
it feels as though it can be changed. Redacted
unlike the self hatred
it involves another, outside your control
unlike the conditional love
you do not understand its parameters
unlike the effortful ignorance
it is put in front of you, forcing you to contend with it
unlike the effortless ignorance
it sees you, it stares deep into you
and accepts you.
