Scott Malkinson woke up and started having a seizure cuz he forgot to do his diabete control things. Scott's parents bursted in his room and rushed him to the hospital but they didn't really care cuz they don't care about their little angel 😇😇 so anyway he's in the hospital and the main 4 Stan Kyle (with diabetes) cartman and Kenny visited him and asked him what he wants before he died, Kyle then ate a candy bar to control his diabetes, Scott then said "I wish Santa would come and visit me.." The boys have had like 100 visits with Santa so they find a horse and Kenny uses his dick to turn it into a reindeer cuz Kenny is based off the fandom Kenny that's always horny so he hits everything with his dick. They crash the reindeer into Santa's workshop and Santa is shocked and has a heart attack but then the elves like did something to revive him, he comes alive and asked why the kids are here "our kind of friend Scott wants to see you before he dies of diabetes lol" Kenny says muffled and pets the elves with his dick. "You need to kill the grinch for me, he's getting on my nerves stealing all my things and presents I give to little kids." So the kids got on Santas slay sleigh and goes to the grinches house and crashes into it and kills his dog, the grinch then gets angry and pulls out a light saber and Kenny pulls out his big like 20 inch dick as a lightsaber and they have those low budget minecraft fight animations herobrian vs entity something that we all watched as little kids. Everyone cheered but Kenny won with his massive dick. Everyone cheered for Kenny and picked him up off the ground and threw him off the cliff by accident but his dick pulled him up, he gets up the cliff and they get into the slay sleigh and go back to Santa and say "okay we did what you want please just say hi to our friend Scott." So they go to Scott and Santa says hi and leaves instantly, "that was worth nothing, you guys suck" Scott said and ate a candy bar and left the hospital.
