You and Quackity walked down the oak wood path of the DreamSMP. Shoulder to shoulder, you talked quietly, trying not to draw attention to you both.

You had no clue where you two were going, but you didn't mind. You would follow Quackity into the darkness. You would follow him if you went blind. You hoped he would do the same for you.

Quackity was talking about how he met Niki during the L'Manburg War. You smiled as he reminisced on the old memories.

"She was a killer spy, then. But she gave up on all the fighting shortly after we won L'Manburg. I don't blame her though, I should've done the same thing." He sighed.

"You can stop whenever you want, you know?"

"I guess you're right, there's just a lot going on right now and I don't want to abandon it. Especially Las Nevadas."

"That's understandable. I'm too deep in your shit, I can't quit now." You joked. But it wasn't really a joke, you just wanted to lighten the mood.

Quackity laughed silently with a nod.

"The bakery should be around here somewhere, I'm sure you could spot it without seeing it before. It's a classic bakery you would see in a cartoon or something."

You nodded and started to look around for a small building with pastries in the windows. Any building that looked remotely like a bakery.

"There." Quackity said next to you, pointing at a small pink building with tables and chairs outside of it. It had lots of windows to show the inside. The sign on top read 'The Bakery' in cute white and pink text.

"You're right." You smiled. "It does look like a classic bakery."

Walking into the bakery immediately flooded your senses. A small bell rang as you opened the door. You saw what seemed like a hundred different pastries, all different in many ways. The interior was so cute and made you feel comfortable, regardless of not being there once a day in your life. More tables and chairs you saw outside filled up the space inside as well. The bubblegum pink walls were adorned with small paintings that drew the room together. There was a glass counter at the other end of the room with pastries in it. Smelling the different flavors all at once made you feel like a child again. Scents like strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, and more. You heard footsteps coming from behind the counter.

"Welcome," A familiar voice echoed through the room. "How can I help- Oh! Y/n and Quackity! What are you two doing here?" Niki asked. She wore a white apron with a pink button up underneath with her light pink hair in a ponytail.

"Hey Niki. We're looking for Puffy. We want to talk to her about the Banquet." Quackity said with a deeper tone in his voice. He wanted to get straight to the point and didn't want to waste time.

"Oh, Puffy should be here in about 15 minutes to come help out here. Would you like to wait until then?"

"We don't-"

"We can wait, thank you, Niki." You smiled, placing a hand on Quackity's shoulder and cutting him off. You didn't want to get her upset, plus, you two had time.

"Perfect! Can I get you two anything while you wait?" She asked. "On the house!"

"Can I have a chocolate chip cookie?" You smiled excitedly. You haven't had a chocolate chip cookie in Gods knows how long.
