"How are you going to tell Judd you're being stalked???" The shrill voice beside me asked. I had gotten my anxiety mosquito back.

"I-I don't know!" I screamed as I threw my head into my pillow. My, creatures had started coming back. I was spiralling again.

But the plus was that I had started seeing Connie more, even if she wasn't still supposed to be here because Kaylee took my virginity almost 3 years ago. But she was here and neither of us were complaining.

"Oh god what if he freaks out at you??" The mosquito asks as her eyes pop out of her head. I swat her away as I fixed my hair, I couldn't be anxious today I was busy. I had a job interview.

I smile at myself in the mirror as I'm finally happy with my appearance. I stand up and pack my bowl as I take it, even if I had a job interview I couldn't go anywhere sober.

I walk to the bottom of my stairs and slip my shoes on before picking up my phone and ringing Judd.

*Ring.*

*Ring.*

*Ring.*

*Ri-*

I hear a little crumply noise before he speaks. "What's up Molly?" He sounds like he's just woken up.

"I have a job interview in like 45 minutes-" He cuts me off as he speaks while yawning. "I can drive you just let me get up." He chuckles a little into the phone as I smile.

"Thank you Judddd." I say as I hang up, I take another toke, Judd's driving sobers me up to much. I laugh as I go outside, I put my headphones in, and pull my pack out of my pocket as I light one. I take a hit of it as I exhale it. I take another one. And another. And another. Before my smoke is done and Judd is just pulling into my driveway. I throw it out on the ground as I walk over before getting in the passenger seat. He's listening to 'Cry Baby' by The Neighbourhood.

I smile as I get in, he pulls out and I hand him a cigarette, he lights it as he's driving. He look's so tired.

"I'm sorry for waking you uppp!" I say, he smiles as he shakes his head a little, "Don't worry about it Molly, I don't mind." In about 3 minutes were there, he clearly sped.

I get out as I close the door, I hear his door shut. I turn around, "Judd it's my interview!" I say, he walks in front of me as he fixes my shirt a little, wiping below my eye, and he fixes my hair. He gives me a kiss on the forehead.

"Good luck Molly." He says as he gets back in, he turns the van off as he leans back, I take it were going out after.

I sigh as I start walking up, I'm holding a few papers and a few cards of proof. "You got this." I whisper to myself. I had needed a job for awhile and I finally had an interview, I couldn't mess this up.

I turn to the side and the mosquito was back.

"You're going to fuck up this interview she screams into my ear, her voice almost hurts my head.

"No I'm not! I got this!" I say back, I walk inside, the receptionist was sitting at her desk, her outfit looked to be about 5 thousand dollars while mine barely even costed a hundred. No way I was set out for this job. I start biting the inside of my lip as I was up.

"Hi, I have an interview with Mr Moore at 10:30?" She nods as she starts typing on her computer.

"Molly Platuu?" She asks I nod as I give her a slight smile. "He'll be ready in about 5 minutes."

I nod as I take a seat in the corner, I pull out my phone to send Judd a text.

'When we leave I need to go drink my brains out.'

I flick my phone off as I send the text, turning it to silent incase he texted me back during the interview, I didn't want to get in trouble for causing a distraction.

"Molly?" I hear a voice call, he's a tall man, brown hair with a suit on.

"That's me!" I say, I stand up as he gestures me into his office, I feel my phone buzz in my pocket.

I ignore it as I sit down in the seat opposite his desk, his office was nice. It had a nice bookshelf, his desk looked organized, he had small fake plants scattered around.

"So tell me why you're here today." He asks, I sigh before I start talking.

"I've been looking for a job for a little while, I need one."

He smiles and nods as he writes something down.

"And why do you think you're a good fit for this job in specific?" He asks, I had my answer planned out for that question, I was at an art gallery.

"I'm really good with art and handling stuff with care, my mom always called me 'ms organized.' I think I'd be a good candidate for this job." I smile as I speak, keeping my posture as best I can.

"Okay, do you have any old references? Old bosses, parents, friends?" He doesn't look at me as he speaks, he's writing as he does.

"I haven't had a job yet but I could call my mom." I state, I don't want to but if I have to I will.

"Okay would you mind ringing her for me?" He asks, I nod as I pull out my phone. Why didn't I just mention Judd. He could've been my reference.

I pull up my mothers contact as I call it. After a few rings she picks up and I place my phone on the table.

"Hello this is... Hailey Platuu correct?" He asks,

"Yes this is her what's happening?"

"We have your daughter here for a job interview currently, and she mentioned you could be her reference so I had a few questions to ask you." He says as he pulls my phone closer to him, he looks up at me and I nod at him, letting him know that I was okay with it.

"I- uh yeah I have the time right now I guess." Her tone sounds a little slurry as she speaks, I start praying in my head she's not intoxicated.

"Okay so my first question is, do you believe you're daughter is responsible and handles things with care."

"I do, my daughter is one of the most careful and responsible people I've ever known." He nods as he writes it down. I smile a little, so far it was going okay.

"Okay second question." He pauses before he speaks. "Is your daughter good with customer service or is she good at communication and calming people down in intense situations?" I pause. What kind of a question was that? I didn't know I had to be good at communicating for this job. I thought I had to help restore pieces of art, thats what it said online.

"She isn't the best with communicating but she is good at calming people down, she's very good at helping people." I smile again, that was a decent answer and none of it was a lie. I wasn't good at communicating but I was amazing at helping people.

"Okay, and my last question. Does your daughter pick up on stuff quick? Does she learn how to do stuff fast?" I don't even need to pray in my head for this one. I was always really smart, I just never used any of it to my advantage. I always just trailed over that.

"She is. She's a very smart girl but she just needs to apply herself more in situations." He smiles at me as he nods.

"Alright ma'am I think that's everything for today, thank you for your time my apologies if we interrupted anything."

"Alright, thank you." She hangs up the phone as he places his hands on the table, "alrighty so I think I have everything I need, I will personally send you a text in a week, letting you know if you got the job or not, if you did it will have all the information you need to get to work." I smile at him as I nod, "Thank you sir." I stand up as I walk out.

Once I make it outside I see Judd's van still there.

I open the door as I smile, "I think I got the job!"
