Alexander.

"Zuriel,where is my baby?"

The guards at the hospital entrance were trying to block her from getting in. I jumped out and looked at her.

"Vee?" I gasped as I saw her run and throw the guards away. She walked past me and started shouting while calling Zuriel's name.

I didn't know that it was her son. I didn't even know that she had a son. I thought maybe she got a miscarriage that is why she came back maybe for revenge!

"Where is my son?" She shouted at my face.

I didn't know what to tell her. I know where Zuriel is at but I was shocked that Zuriel her son was the kid my daughter adored so much.

I grabbed him but she pulled out of the grasp and ran towards the doctor who were walking towards us.

She was crying, tears were all over her face and her eye patch was threatening to come off. I run towards her and pinned her to the wall. I could feel her pain.

"Vee, calm down, Zuriel is okay," I shouted and she quickly stopped sobbing and looked at me.

"I just want to see him," she said and her sobbing became a little hysterical.

This is a mother's love that I wanted. She loves her son and can do anything for him. Kendra doesn't care, she only cares about her brand.

When she calmed down, I walked her to Zuriel.

Once Zuriel saw her, he was all smiley and jumped at her. I watched as the duo hugged each other tightly.

"Are you okay, baby?" She asked as she rubbed his wild curly blonde hair. Something in me wanted to ask if he is my son. I could see that hair, that blonde hair, I couldn't see the smile though.

"I am sorry momy, I wasn't keen enough," said Zuriel sadly.

"I thought you told me that they won't serve any nuts, what happened?" She asked her and that caught my attention.

Why didn't Tiffany say anything about nuts? She is not allergic to them but she didn't warn anyone that we will be having a kid allergic to nuts.

"Mum, I think maybe they forgot," Zuriel said and avoided his mother's gaze.

He was lying. I know when a kid is lying. I used to do that. It's either, he said that to Tiffany and Tiffany forgot to say or someone knew who Zuriel was and did that on purpose.

"It's okay, you will be okay." Vee pecked him on his forehead and let him lie down. The swelling on his face had reduced but he was still on a drip.

I watched as Vee, gently patted him and covered his body. He was gentle. Removing a hair on his face she placed another peck on his cheeks.

I was afraid that Vee will jump at me and shout at me but she didn't. She was only focused on her son. She looked at him every second. She looked for any signs of infection as if there was one. Zuriel drifted to a sleep and she turned at me. The dry tears left a mark on her face.

"I know Zuriel told your daughter about the nuts, because he always tells people before he agrees to eat and I even asked him before I allowed him to come for the party." Tears were threatening to fall on her face again and I didn't know how to react. She looked fragile when she speaks.

"I am sorry, Vee, I didn't even know Zuriel was your son," I said trying to think of agood reason to give her.

What good can I tell her? How can I assure her not intentional or it was a mistake?
