At 7 PM, Yn had just finished her work and changed out of her uniform into a beautiful, elegant dress. Her heart raced as she stepped outside, her eyes catching sight of Taehyung, who was waiting for her. He looked devilishly handsome in a sleek black suit, holding a bouquet of flowers in his hands. The sight of him made her breath hitch.

Taehyung smiled shyly when he saw her, his own heart pounding. He couldn't take his eyes off her.

Yn walked closer, her cheeks flushed, and softly said, “H-hi.”

"Hi... You look beautiful," Taehyung complimented her, his voice a bit shy as he extended the bouquet towards her. "This is for you."

"You too… you look really handsome," Yn replied, her eyes shifting from the flowers to his face, making his heart swell with joy. It was the first time she'd ever complimented him, and it made him feel on top of the world.

As their gazes locked, Taehyung cleared his throat nervously and said, “Uh, Yn... I was thinking... I want you to come with me somewhere else tonight, somewhere special, if you’re comfortable with that. If not, it’s fine.”

Yn immediately responded, “No, no! I’m okay with that! Let’s go somewhere else!”

Taehyung’s eyes lit up at her enthusiasm. “Alright, let's go then.”

He led the way to his car, opening the passenger door for her with a charming grin. She smiled, feeling butterflies in her stomach as she slid into the seat. Once they were both settled, Taehyung started the engine, and soft music filled the car as they drove.

After a few minutes of driving, they arrived at their destination. Taehyung, being the gentleman he was, quickly stepped out and opened the door for Yn. As she stepped out, her eyes widened in awe at the scene before her—a small, cozy restaurant by the river, bathed in soft, twinkling lights. The gentle sound of the water flowing nearby added to the serene atmosphere.

“This is so beautiful,” Yn whispered, taking in the view.

Taehyung smiled at her reaction, feeling proud of his choice. They walked inside and found a quiet table in the corner, where they could talk peacefully. A waiter approached them soon after they sat down.

“Sir, ma’am, when would you like your order served?” the waiter asked politely.

“After ten minutes, please,” Taehyung replied, and the waiter left them alone.

Taehyung turned to Yn with a soft smile. “I ordered sushi for both of us. I remember you love it.”

Yn’s heart warmed at the thought. He remembered. She looked at him gratefully, her smile wide and genuine.

Taehyung's expression turned serious after a moment as he gathered his courage.

“Yn,” he began hesitantly, “I... I really want to apologize for my behavior towards you before. I’ve been wanting to confess my feelings for a long time, but... things just didn’t go as planned. Everything went wrong.”

Yn’s eyes softened as she looked at him. “I’m also sorry. I kno—”

Before she could finish, Taehyung interrupted her, his voice a bit panicked. “I know you like Jackson, Yn. You don’t need to apologize to me. I just wanted to tell you that... I’m not giving up on you. I can’t.”

Yn blinked in surprise before chuckling softly. Taehyung’s eyes filled with confusion as she explained, “Jackson is just a friend, Tae. He’s been helping me through some things. I do like him, but only as a friend. Nothing more.”
