Day two on our journey in Belfast. I wake up beside Chibs and kiss his cheek as I notice he is still asleep. I get up from the sofa and go over to the kitchen. I pour myself a mug of coffee and drink some. It didn't taste the same as it did back home, but, it will do. Gemma walks in to the kitchen area. "Morning, you okay?" she asks. I turn to look at her. "Good thanks, you?" I ask as I smile slightly. "I'm okay," she smiles back, "So, Trinity, I guess you don't like her?" she asks noticing the tension yesterday between me and the young Ashby girl. "Nah, she keeps being all over Jax," I tell her honestly, which, still worried her. "That's not good," she says not wanting anything to happen between Trinity and Jax. "No it isn't and Jax seems to like her," I say. "That isn't good either," Gemma says thinking maybe she should warn us. "I'm glad you agree. Do you like her?" I ask wanting to know her opinion. "It's not that I don't, it's just what I found out," she says. I give her an odd look wondering what she meant by that. "Wait, what did you find out?" I ask intrigued as I place my coffee mug down on the counter. "Um, uh, that she's your half sister," Gemma reveals. I laugh at that. "Mum don't be silly, I think I would of known if I had a sister," I say thinking this must be a funny joke. There is just no way that I have another sibling. "I only found out not so long ago okay, Maureen told me your father had an affair with her," Gemma says being serious. I stop laughing seeing she isn't goofing around. "Shit. You're not joking?" I ask shocked. "No, why would I joke about something like that?" Gemma asks. I give her an "are you serious?" look. "Because it is crazy that after all these years I have a sister," I explain. Gemma sighs seeing I had a point. "I guess so," she says. I can not believe what my mum had told me. I wanted to know what Jax's reaction was like, but, he would of stopped hanging around with Trinity if he already knew. Right? "Does Jax know?" I ask. "No, I haven't told him yet," Gemma says knowing she ought to. "Are you going to tell him?" I ask hoping she did. "I don't know," Gemma says worried how Jax would respond to that news. "Fine, leave it until we find Abel. Don't put him in a state of shock either," I say.
As I say that, I hear a sound coming from the other room. I grab a baseball bat just as Maureen walks over to us. "What was that?" she asks. Gemma and I shrug our shoulders having no clue. Hence why I grabbed the baseball bat. Maureen goes to open the door, which, reveals Jax and Trinity kissing. "Shit, mum can't you just leave us alone?" Trinity asks as I peer my head around the door. I couldn't believe my eyes and I suddenly felt a little icky. "Oh god," I say as I look away from them and Maureen goes to close the door. I sit on the kitchen counter and grab an apple out of the fruit bowl. I take a bite out of it. "Well, I guess we need to tell them," Maureen says. I raise one of my eyebrows at her. "You think? In my opinion you need to as fast as you can or you may end up with a three headed grandchild on your hands," I say as I take another bite out of the apple. Gemma and Maureen look at me knowing I could be right. "What she said," Gemma agrees with me.
Maureen sighs and opens the door again. "We need to talk to you," she says to the pair of them as Jax goes to put his top back on. "Okay, that's fine," Jax says wondering what it is that interrupted them twice. I walk in to the room and stand in the doorway with my arms folded. "Jax, you are going to need to sit down for what mum is about to tell you," I say. Jax takes a seat getting a little worried about what this could be about. "Um, well, Trinity is your half sister," Gemma reveals to him. I could tell Jax was stunned at what he was just told. "I know, shocking huh. Turns out we have a secret sister hidden from us by our father," I say still in shock about it all. "Shit, I kissed her," Jax says realising how wrong that was now. "And you nearly fucked her, guess you owe me an apology by trying to get you to stop flirting. Let this be a lesson. Told you it will come right back to bite you on the ass," I say loving that I had been right this whole time. "I'm sorry," Jax says as I smirk at him. "Thank you, so you should be. Next time you don't listen I won't be here to pick up the pieces," I say as I walk off. That was a big fat lie, I knew I would always be there for my big brother, no matter what he did.
