A few days later, I was allowed home to recover there. Me and Chibs were now dating, we had a strong love connection. He was quite the gentleman to me. Treated me like a queen.

I recently found out that my mum had been hiding out at my granddad's house. Her dad's. She had reached out to Tara in aid of some help since there had been some kind of incident. Me and her were now in Jax's kitchen packing supplies. I was planning on going up to my granddad's with Tara.

"You sure you should go?" Jax asks me as he leans against the doorway with a worried expression on his face. "Yes I am sure. Why would you ask that?" I ask as I look at him. "Maybe because you got shot," Tara sighs also thinking it may be a bad idea for me to tag along. "I will be fine I have you, you're a doctor can't get much better than that. Which means you both can chill," I say to them as I continue to place supplies in to the bag. "Yeah, well, I still don't think it is a good idea," Jax tells me. I roll my eyes at him. "Jax mum wants to see me. She heard I got shot, she is worried and like I said she needs to see me. So I am going to see her. Again like I said Tara here is a doctor if anything happens to my stitches she can sort it out," I explain. Jax sighs. "Okay fine," He says hoping I was right. "Thank you, now where is Chibs?" I ask knowing I wanted to say goodbye to him before I left for the trip. "He is around here somewhere," Jax says as he glances around. "Well I will go find him," I say as I do just that.

I end up finding him outside looking at his bike to make sure it was okay. I walk over to him. "hey you," I say as I kiss him passionately. He kisses me back the same whilst deepening it. I deepen the kiss even more, before, withdrawing. "I just thought I would say bye before heading off," I smile. Chibs grins, "okay well that was a nice goodbye," He says loving my smile. He knew he was going to miss me loads. "I know right, and you will have a nice hello when I come back," I say "I'll miss you," I add. Chibs pulls me in for a hug as he strokes my hair. "I will miss you too," He says as he kisses my head and holds me tightly in his arms. I go to withdraw from him, "Keep an eye on Jax for me okay," I say as I kiss his cheek. "I will do, I promise," Chibs says knowing he would. I smile slightly. "Thanks," I say as I go over to Tara and help her put the bags in to her trunk of her cutless.

Chibs watches me go. He glances over at Jax, who had just walked out the house smoking a cigarette. He looks back at the car seeing me walk over to Jax and hug him whilst Tara closes the trunk and gets in the drivers side. "Please don't fall apart again whilst I'm gone," I say to my brother. He smiles at me as he takes the cig out of his mouth. "I won't," He says knowing he would try his best. "You promise?" I ask as I snuggle up to him. He nods. "Yeah, I promise," He says as I withdraw and he puts the cig back to his lips. "Okay," I smile. I walk back over to the car and get in the passenger's side. Jax and Chibs watch as Tara's car drives away.

After a long journey, me and Tara had finally got to the destination of my granddad's house. I get out the car once Tara had found a place to park. I go to the trunk and open it to begin taking out the bags and heading inside the house. "Mum, we're here," I say as Tara follows me inside with the other bags. Gemma comes rushing over to me. "Oh, thank goodness, you okay?" she asks as she pulls me in for a hug making me drop the bags as I hug her back. "Yes mum, I'm okay, don't worry," I say as she tightens her grip. If there was one thing I missed more than anything. It was a hug from my mother. I melt in to her hug knowing this had been the feeling I had longed for ever since my miscarriage and Kip dying.

"Oh good I'm glad,"she says as she goes to withdraw. "You don't have to worry about me mum," I smile as I kiss her cheek. Tara smiles at both of us. "So where is Tig then?" she asks knowing that the whole reason us being here was the fact that my granddad Nate, had accidentally shot Tig in the shoulder. All because he was fucking the caregiver. Gemma takes us to the room that Tig was in. "Hey Tig, don't worry I will get you all patched up," Tara says as she sets the bag down on the bed. "Thanks doc," Tig says relieved to see her.
