Last time in I was reborn in attack on titan as a bender
I guess erasing a whole container of their people who before crushing an alliance in a battle those wonders for somebody popularity.
I look at the bread and thought that I should probably buy some souvenir and so with I approaches the shop owner and with the best French that I could muster I said"bon après-midi, je suis ici pour acheter de la baguette combien coûtent-ils"(translation: good afternoon i am here to buy baguette how much do they cost)
"ce sera 15 euros monsieur"He answer to me before i pay him the money and took my baguette (translation: this will be 15 euro sir)
I paid for the baguette before I slowly walked toward where the president was.
He and I needed to have a talk and unless he want this country to disappear from the face of the earth and only be know as a country that used to exist, he better cooperate.
Now we continue where we left off
Inside the office of the president of France, you could see the president and a caramel skin man having a discussion.
The man looked nonchalant with his feet put up on the desk and his hands behind his back while the president looked like he was sweating bullets.
The guards that were supposed to protect the president were piled up outside on top of each and knocked out but not dead.
The house of the president was dead quiet and the only time that could be heard is their talking.
The man then looked at the president before he said" Alors pourquoi avez-vous attaqué l'île"
(translator: so why did you attack the island)
"vous pouvez parler français"He said confused as he look at me.(Translator: you can speak French)
"oui je peux parler français maintenant répondez juste à ma question," I said as I look at the man(Tranator: yes I can speak French now just answer my question)
"les habitants de votre île représentent une menace pour nous et nous avons donc dû prendre soin d'eux," The president said honestly not veating around the bush and just getting straight to the point.(Translator: the people of your island pose a threat to us and so we had to take care of them)
"donc tu ne vas pas mentir pour t'en sortir hein"I said softly as i look at the man.(Translator: so you are not going to lie your way out of this huh)
"Vous avez le pouvoir d'écraser tout mon pays en rien de plus qu'un désert stérile et je ne veux pas cela pour mon peuple et je ne suis pas assez stupide pour penser que je peux vous tromper"The man said honestly but i could notice that he was sweating,he probably took a gamble on what to say.(Translator: You have the power to crush my entire country to nothing more than just a barren wasteland and I don't want that for my people and I'm not dumb enough to think that I can trick you)
"donc tu n'es pas assez stupid pour penser que tu pourrais me tromper hein, tu es plus intelligent que la plupart des gens que j'ai rencontrés jusqu'à présent," I said looking at the man in the eyes.
(Translator: so you not stupid enough to think you could trick me huh, you are smarter than most people I have met so far)
He stayed quiet as he look at me, he seemed like he was wondering why I came here and so I came straight to the point.
"vous avez été franc avec moi alors laissez-moi être franc avec vous, je veux que vous arrêtiez d'attaquer le peuple Eldien, je veux la liberté pour mon peuple et c'est tout ce que je voudrais vous demander monsieur le président"I said looking at the president(Translator: you were blunt with me so let me be blunt with you, I want you to stop attacking the Eldian people, I want freedom for my people and that all I would like to ask of you mister president)
"et qu'est-ce que ça me rapporterait," He said looking at me(Translator: and what would that gain me)
"Ta vie," I said bluntly(A/N your life)
"Je n'ai pas le choix non"He said looking at me(Translator: I don't have a choice don't I)
"Vous avez le choix, vous pouvez choisir la route sanglante ou la route pacifique," I said softly as i look at the man eyes(Translator: You do get a choice, you can choose the bloody route or the peaceful route)
"I choose peace"the man said softly after thinking for a while.
"You could speak it..."I said a bit stunned
"Yes"He said softly
"So you telling me i have been trying my hardest to speak French when you can speak Eldian"I said a bit infuriated at the thiught that i didn't have to go to the trouble of relearning French to talk to this man
I sighed and shrugged my shoulder before I gave him my hands while saying "Then let make an alliance so no blood may be shed"
He accepted my hands before he said "May our alliance last a long time"
"May our alliance last long"I said while shaking his hands
A/N some people may be confuse on how France will allied itself with a country that just got enough power to protect itself and the answer is serious, it called Jack, you know the guy with the power to nuke a nation in one night.
The guys that turned the marleyant continent into a wasteland, and if his power can be inherited by his children then they hit the jackpot.
They will have protection for century to come and if their lucky is kid might marry into their country and they just gain themselves a new power house.
Who would care about titan power by then, the age of bending would be upon us.
