Can you let me go?

Eric's POV: 

I look at her eyes, her eyes are confused, I was amazed by her pretentiousness. I was fuming with anger, I made a phone call and said "bring it now" everyone around us was watching the whole fiasco closely, Lily was paying attention to my every move. After a couple of seconds two of my house helpers brought Eliza's suitcases with her clothes packed. Eliza stands there looking blankly, she now stares at the suitcases. "You can leave now, before I cross my limits" I say sternly. She looks at me now, her eyes wandering all over my face searching for explanations, I give her none. Disappointed by my silence she finally says "No, these aren't mine, you bought them for me so you can keep them I will only take the things I brought along with me" she kneels down and opens the suitcases and digs in to search for a scarf and a pair of jeans and tops and stands back. "Here take this" I offer her an envelope with some cash. She looks at me surprised "What's this?" she questions me, "Isn't it something you were looking for? I would like you to leave and never come back ever, you can call my office if you need more Cash" I say. "That won't be needed, thank you Eric" She says, I can sense her almost giving up and bursting into tears but to my surprise she holds back. She takes a look at everyone around and gives a faint smile to a few and looks at me with her dainty eyes, in hope for an explanation. She smiles weakly at me and turns back and walks out of the Mansion's huge gate.

I sigh as I see her leave, I turn around and walk back into the Mansion.

Eliza's POV: 

I am broken It would be the least I could say, I was shattered. I was unaware of what went wrong and what I did, I was surprised at Eric's behavior, my arm still hurts. I decided to walk as I have no cash with me. I walk as far as I can blankly unaware of the destination. After a couple of minutes everyone seems to vanish as black succumbs me.

Eric's POV:

I asked my best men to look into the issue, I need to fix it before it gets out of hand. After back to back meetings I was exhausted and I decided to go to sleep. I walk out of the Office and get into my bedroom. I decided to first exercise and take a steam bath, I was trying to do my best to avoid Eliza's thoughts. I sigh as I sit on the edge of the bed with my wet hair, staring blankly at the wooden floor. After a few minutes my phone starts ringing I pick it up "Sir, there is some bad news" "what is it now?" I ask faintly. " Sir, your Office received a call stating an unconscious Woman has been admitted in the hospital and they found the phone number in a piece of paper" he says "Who exactly, can you be clear?" I ask with a serious tone. " Sir, It's ma'am Eliza" My heart clenches as I hear that but I want nothing to do with her. "Inform them that we are not sure of the person and we have nothing to do with it" I cut the phone call and breathed heavily. My mind is going haywire thinking about what could've happened. 

After a couple of minutes I can no longer sit and drive to the hospital in a rush as I enter the hospital the director walks up to me, "Sir, it is a pleasure you have you here" he says cheekily. I was annoyed at this point. "Mr. Lincoln please" I say and they discuss something as we walk. I waited for about two minutes. "What's the delay" I ask in anger. "Sir they are checking" Mr. Lincoln informs. 

A doctor walked towards me "Sorry for the delay Mr. Henderson, due to the delay in the response, we were unable to save the patient as the payment was due, I am sorry about the loss" he says.

Author's POV: 

Hi Lovelies, I have been away for so long so firstly I apologize and thank you so so so much for being so supportive and loving Eric and Eliza. I turned 22 a few days ago and I must say life ain't bad. Thank you for your love. Take care of loved ones, love is rare - not everyone gets it or gets to keep it. 

I will try my best and try to upload new chapters weekly! (I will definitely try)
