LIV WALKS UPSTAIRS to find Kai, and talk to him about what happened between her and Chad earlier. As she walks up the stairs, she walks down the hall and gets startled by Amber, and she gets startled and scared too.

"AHH!" Liv and Amber screamed at the same time.

"Liv! What the fuck?!"

"What the fuck, Amber?!"

Liv and Amber catch their breath, after getting scared.

"You scared the shit out of me!" Amber says, panting, catching her breath.

"You did too! Jesus Christ!"

"What are you doing up here anyway?" Amber asked Liv.

"Oh, I want to talk to Kai about something. Is he upstairs somewhere?"

"He's in my room." She answers as points her thumb at her bedroom door.

"Why is he in your room?" Liv gives Amber a suspicious look. "Were you two having sex?"

"What! Fuck no! First off, me and Kai were talking, having a conversation. Secondly, he and Tara are dating. You know he doesn't cheat. He loves Tara." Amber explained herself that she "didn't" have sex with Kai.

"Oh, okay."

"Anyways, I'm going downstairs to get another beer." Amber says before walking away to go downstairs.

"Okay." Liv says and she continues to go find Kai.

After Kai saved the recording of the evidence about what happened between him and Amber, he hears a footstep. He hears a voice, another girl's voice, and he hears Liv.

"Kai. Kai, are you here?"

Liv goes into Amber's room, and sees that Kai isn't in Amber's room.

"What the-?" She says in confusion.

Kai swings the bathroom door open. "Psst. Psst. Liv. Come. Come here." He whispered.

Liv turned around and sees Kai in the bathroom.

"What?"

"Come here, Liv, just come here for a minute. I need to talk to you about something."

Liv comes in the bathroom with Kai, and he closes the door and locks it.

"What's up?"

Kai looks at Liv with his eyes watery, and he wipes it off to prevent it from coming down.

"Hey, Liv."

"Kai. Are you okay, what's the matter?" She's concerned for Kai.

"Okay. Listen, Liv-I should not be telling you this. But, I have to tell you anyway. You have to hear this from me first."

"Okay? What's up?"

"Amber and I were talking earlier. And she asked what if she told me that she was the killer." Kai explained.

"What? Is-is she the killer-?"

"Hold up, I'm not on that part yet."

"Okay, sorry."

"Everything led to another. Amber slapped me and she started attacking me."

Liv is shocked. "What!?"

"Yep."
