She gave me time to talk with Tae. But all I do is stare to my husband. I am not with him for a day and I am afraid of what he might do. Work maybe? I have something inside my head that I'm over thinking if he'll go back to what he had done before when I got lost sight of him.
Lisa called her driver. We waited for how many minutes quietly.
I stared at her as she types something on her phone. She's busy. Her forehead furrowed. I simply shook my head and chuckle quietly. No one really had time for me, even someone I don't know.
"To LM."
I turned my head on her. "Where are you taking me? A hotel?"
"Why?"
"I am fine in a simple place. A restaurant."
"We didn't come this far to just eat, Jennie. And besides if I have to spend a night with you I want it to be special."
I didn't argue nor say anything. I will let her treat me the way she wants me to be. I know she'll give me the best of this night because she wanted this. When we reached the building, it's not really a hotel.
"You lied." I said. She only chuckled.
"I wanna give you the best, Miss Kim. This is my apartment."
I watch her hand as she offered it to me for me to get in the elevator. I don't need a hand, she's just being who she is. Or maybe this is just for tonight. True colors won't come in just a shake of the hand. She pressed the number zero beside the red and button. That's her floor. This building is huge. Maybe she owns it. The name is LM it's hers probably. We quietly rode the elevator until we reached the floor. When the elevators door opened, I was stunned and amaze on how beautiful the place is. Everything is black and gray with a hint of white marbles, and dark green. The doors are all made in glass. Every corners of the apartment is full architectural views. It's wonderful. She's really rich I can say. I'm already used to hotels with wonderful interiors but this is breathtaking. The door towards her wine bar is automatic. She clapped her hands to open the lights. When the lights, the LED under her bed, the table and the bar LED's opened, it was wicked. Wonderful.
"Make yourself at home." She said and that made me bring back to reality. "Are you uncomfortable?"
Maybe she noticed me watching the place inch by inch.
"I was just amazed." I said honestly. There's no need to pretend that I didn't liked the place, because I loved it.
"What do you want to eat?"
"Aren't we gonna go and do what you want me to do?"
She raised her eyebrows and pour alcohol to her glass. This woman loves alcohol too much that everywhere she goes there's always, vodka, whiskey and wine and a lot more.
"Where's the fun in that? I'm gonna date you first." Then she smirks. "Come here." I sat my shoulder bag on her gray couch and followed her to her veranda. She pressed the button to make the curtains and the thick glass door open. I blinked for a couple of times when I saw a table with candle lights and roses. "Come sit."
She pulled a seat for me.
"Did you make this?" I asked pertaining to the table.
"I called for someone to do it. There's no food since I don't know what you want to eat for tonight. Although there's a snack."
That was fast for her to make a call and let someone do this.
"So, what do you want to eat for dinner?"
I watch her every move as she speaks. She's not nervous and all that, she's even more comfortable pransing around in front of me. I don't want to eat, I am full besides I am a bit nervous, I won't enjoy the food. I sighed quietly and just closed my eyes. I will enjoy this evening right? I will shut the outside world and entertain this person who wants me. Who wants to have a night with me.
