Third person pov.

It's the day of choti diwali. The Big Puja happens today in rajput household.

Everyone got up early in the morning. Trisha's brothers were moving around her trying to pacify her. Everyone was watching how Trisha was busy making her brothers work in amusement especially her college friends.

Ranveer whispered among them, "Remind me to never mess with her. "

Everyone else nodded. They had seen her anger but when she gives silent treatment it was way worse. She can avoid a person as if they did not exist.

Her brothers were holding all her favourite food yet she did not spare them a glance. The self control she had was mind-blowing according to her friends.

The morning passed away and now everyone were hurrying to prepare for tonight's Puja. Trisha and Aadrik's were on their toes checking Dry Fruit baskets, Sweet Baskets, Gifts for workers, Gifts for friends and family and all the food for prashad.

They helped in packing everything. They made sure to make the list of people who were invited and called them to confirm their arrival.

Trisha also reminded Kiara to be there at evening and the latter agreed without whining. Trisha knew she loved diwali the most and would love to celebrate it in grand way no matter what. It was their ritual, they celebrated Choti Diwali with Trisha's family and Badi Diwali's small part with Kiara's family.

Trisha pov.

I saw my father sneaking towards the sweet basket. This old man !!!!

I shouted at him, "Papa kya kar rahe ho" when he had a sweet in his hand almost to devour it. He turned towards me with sheepish smile but put the sweet inside his mouth.

(Papa what are you doing)

My mother came and looked at me glaring at him and him giving me a smug look. I soon smirked and told mumma, "mummy he is eating sweets we prepared for Puja" I said pointing towards him.

His face paled knowing what was coming for him. My family saw it and everyone settled on sofa with popcorn in their hands. Wait where did that come from. I joined them knowing what's coming. Aadrik's family looked confused so I called them and offered some popcorn to them as we watched the fight of our own personal big boss contestants.

" Buddhe aadmi. Tum mein akal hai ki nahi. Kam se Kam bhagwan ka toh lehez kar lete. Daant toot toot ke gir rahe hai diabetes ke kaaran magar jab dekho jab meetha khana hota hai. " My mother said. I turned to look at Aadrik and found his jaw dropped and eyes wide. My family was munching as if my mother didn't expose him right now. My friends Snickered from behind me. I put a popcorn in Aadrik's mouth making him close it.
