Also, anyone who's enjoying this book should read "Season 4 1/2" on my other account GeekyFangirl4640. It's a lot like this book only it takes place between Season 4 and 5. Just check it out if you want. ;) Thank you and enjoy this chapter!

"I'm sorry." The Doctor told me, as I finished my story, "I'm so so sorry." His eyes communicated the sadness that Mari felt recalling the day of the dance.

She didn't let herself cry. She couldn't, or else she knew wouldn't be able stop. "It's alright." Marianna promised quietly, "It was a long time ago." She took a deep breath before asking. "Do you think we should go look over there by where the tent was?"

Mari examined the area now. There was no tent beside it, but there was a little area of the school that was closed off by three brick walls and a chain link fence. She'd never really questioned what the area was for, she'd assumed janitorial things or something.

The Doctor nodded and led the way over to the area. Marianna followed, slightly reluctant to return to the place of her best friend's death. The Doctor began to sonic and investigate the place. Mari looked around slowly, she knelt beside the brick wall where she and Hilary had sat right before... Mari took another deep breath and sat on the wall.

She looked around. Before her was a brick circle, with another circle inside it, and another circle inside that one. She looked to the side of the brick circles, and she noticed something.

"Doctor?" She asked, looking at the ground.

The Doctor followed her gaze and ran to the place she had pointed out. There in the cement someone had carved two words.

Bad Wolf.

"Oh my god, what is going on?!" Mari cried, exasperated, as she ran to meet the Doctor.

The Doctor looked up, a far off look in his eyes, "I have no idea," he looked back down at the words, "but look." He pressed his finger into the middle of the "o" in "wolf." The cement beneath if moved down, like a button and suddenly the brick circle in the ground began to move. It spun in circles as the middle began to open up. It was the same hole that Hilary and Mari had been inspecting so long ago.

Mari stared at the hole, "Where d'you think it goes?" She asked the Doctor. She should've been sad, terrified, confused, but all those feelings were buried by the sense of adventure she felt. She had genuinely missed this. Running about with the Doctor, the adrenaline rush, the fear, the excitement. It was what Marianna enjoyed the most.

She looked over at the Doctor for an answer. "Only one way to find out." He replied, staring at the hole. He extended a hand and Mari took it. He looked up and into her eyes, a smile spreading across his lips. "Allons-y."

And they jumped.

They were falling for only a second before they were caught by some sort of force-field. It acted as a net, catching the two of them, lowering them to a ground.

Mari stood and looked around. She took out her phone and turned on the flashlight. They were in something like a prison cell. There was only one door out of the cement prison. The door had a slot in it that food could be pushed through, and a barred window so people could look inside. Marianna walked forward and tried the knob. Surprisingly enough, it wasn't locked. In the hallway the Doctor soniced the lights, and they flickered on. They stood in the middle of a long hallway.

Marianna smiled as they walked down the hallway.

"What?" The Doctor asked, looking over at her.
