"Dan?" Mari called from her room, "Dan, have you seen my phone?!"
"It's in the kitchen!" He called back.
Marianna shook her head. Why'd she have left it in the kitchen? She walked out of her room, running down the stairs and right into Phil, causing him to drop his armful of books and papers.
"Sorry!" They booth squeaked at the same time.
They laughed it off as they cleaned up the mess and Mari ran into the kitchen to grab her phone, followed by Phil.
"Are you sure you'll be okay?" Dan asked, having made pancakes, to Mari's delight.
Mari took a pancake and rolled her eyes. "You don't trust me alone for a week?" She asked.
Dan and Phil were going on tour and wouldn't stop back by for at least the week. This meant Marianna would be alone in their shared London apartment.
"Well...after what happened last time..." Dan started.
"Alright, that was a one time thing! I will not shoot another Phan behind the scenes video documenting the evidence that Phan is real." Mari promised, adding in a mutter at the end, "Even though it is."
Dan and Phil rolled their eyes, but before Dan could argue more, Phil took his hand, dragging him out of the kitchen. "Come on, Daaan." He whined.
Marianna rolled her eyes after them.
"7 hours in the car, with this." Dan whispered to her.
"Hey!" Phil whined.
Dan laughed kissing his forehead, "Let's go."
(A/N: Couldn't help myself, Phan is real. I'm living vicariously through Marianna.)
Marianna laughed at their adorableness. She sat down at the table in the green chair, as she always did, and began to feast on her pancakes. It was just a normal day. It was crazy how easily Mari had adapted to life like a half a decade before her time. She fit in well with the YouTube sensations Dan and Phil and found it fun to help them out with videos and such. They had taken her into their lives the night she was left back in 2009.
It was November of 2015. She'd caught up to her own time, which meant that there were no longer two Mariannas in the world and that she was 18 back in 2009. She was officially missing, and her family was terrified. Marianna thought about calling them, or even going back to find them, but how would she explain all this? How she had suddenly aged 6 years? How she'd been living with a meme and a ball of sunshine for 4 years?
Marianna was actually quite happy with her life. Did she miss her family? Of course she did. Everyday. But she couldn't put them in danger. Anyone involved with the Doctor was in danger.

Too Good To Be True
FanfictionMy name is Marianna. I'm just like you. A whovian. I'm no one special. Some hearts just get lucky sometimes. Over the past year I'd formed a little ritual. Every night, I'd go outside, I'd pick a bright star and recite the old wishing rhyme. Then I...
