Next day

Hanbin was in deep sleep when his mobile started ringing, he groaned at the noise and looked at the caller id and immediately sat up, it was ruby. He totally forgot about her. She was in a vacation with her parents. He answered the call while gulping down.

Hanbin- hello ruby

Ruby- what ruby? Just because I was in vacation you didn't even bother calling me till I call huh

Hanbin- no baby I was busy in something.

Ruby- what is it that's so important to you than me.

Hanbin- areum passed away

Ruby- w..what did you say? Areum what? How?

Hanbin- an accident

Ruby- why didn't you tell me? I would have come right away to-

Hanbin- no, I didn't want to stress you when you're in vacation with family and moreover I need to handle stuff with my dad, I'll be busy for sometime so don't bother. Enjoy your time with family and friends I'll call you myself when everything is settled.

Ruby- but hanbin-

Hanbin- I need to go now, take care baby.

He disconnected the call and sighed, thank god the wedding was private or else he'd be fucked. He shook his thoughts and decided to get ready.

Meanwhile downstairs

Hao already woke up and did the chores, he wanted to continue with his investigation , yesterday's event was disturbing. He wanted to know why hanbin's father was being soft and protecting him. He decided to confront him.

But his train of thoughts broke when he heard jaeho calling him.

Hao gritted his teeth knowing this man is up to no good.

Jaeho- zhang hao, come here fast

Hao- yes, how can I help you?

Jaeho- I forgot to ask you, why do you not have smell? Are you using scent blockers?

Hao pov

Geez old man, what does my scent have to do with him.

Hao- yes, I am using them.

Jaeho- why?

I scoffed. Wtf does he mean why? Isn't it obvious enough? Hanbin and his parents are all alpha's this mf and his son are both alphas and so are many of the workers. Does he expect me to roam around with eyes on me.

Hao- I am comfortable to use them. Is there anything else?

Jaeho- no

Hao- I'll take my leave then.

Author pov

Hao left the place and went to hanbin's room and knocked but it was not locked so he just entered.

Hanbin who was going through some documents was surprised.

Hanbin- what are you doing here?

Hao- I need to ask you something.

Hanbin- what?

Hao- areum, what kind of a life she had?

Hanbin- what the hell are you even saying?

Hao- just answer me, what was her character, her everyday routine, I need all her information, don't ask me why just do it.

Hanbin stood up and came to hao and frowned.

Hanbin- why do u need her info, didn't you already have it when you plotted to kill her, what was your motive on killing her? Blackmailing us or getting funds from us?

Hao- hanbin I didn't even know her before that party and hell with your property you can stuff yourself with it, just give me what I asked for, I don't have the time and patience.

Hanbin held hao's hands and squeezed them making hao whimper

Hanbin- didn't I warn you not to speak back.

Hao- let go idiot.

Hanbin- from where did you get the guts suddenly to be so bold huh

He twisted his hand even more

Hao- because I know I'm on the right side, now let go

Hanbin let him go and started walking closer to hao, hao started stepping back. He reached the bed and stumbled falling on it. Hanbin kept coming close and kept his leg between hao's legs and bent down with his hands on both sides of hao's head.

Hao's heart started beating fast.

Hao- what do you think you are doing....

Hanbin- well you talk too much and curse a lot, I need to teach you a lesson

Saying this he bent down and nibbled on hao's earlobe sending him shivers down his spine,

Hao was about to push hanbin away but hanbin caught his hands and pinned them on top of his head. He bent down slowly and pressed his lips on hao's slowly. Hao almost melted down instantly. Hanbin started moving his lips slowly and hao kissed him back eventually, he bit hao's lips asking for entrance and hao gladly gave in. hao was battling hanbin with his tongue for dominance but lost and melted in the kiss.

They were lost in ecstasy till hao had to tap on hanbin's shoulder indicating he's out of breath. Hanbin let go and immediately stood up.

Hanbin- get out

Hao was shocked, but he didn't want to stay here either, he left the room.

Hanbin pov

Wtf was I even thinking, what's going on with me? Why am I not able to be harsh on him? Why does it hurt me seeing him in pain?

Why did I feel the need to kiss him? Arghhh I'm going mad. I can't let this happen.

I have to make him pay for what he did.
