Wrong number

I stared at my phone.
This hadn't just happened.
I felt panic rise in me.
Did he say he wanted to kiss me?

I was pulled out of my shame as it knocked on my door.

„Come on open the door"

Enzo was almost slamming against the door.
I got up and hesitated before I opened the door.
He almost bursted in my room.

A look of guilt, sadness but also excitement in his face.
He fell to his knees and grabbed my hips.
He burried his face in my stomach.

„Please I'm so so sorry.
It was a mistake.
I don't even know what I was thinking.
Probably nothing.
I swear on my life you're the only girl I want.
And I promise I will never even look at another girl if you give me this chance.
I miss you so much.
I can't life without you!"

He catches his breath.
His grip on my hips got even tighter.
I was kind of speechless but also couldn't hide my excitement.

I slapped the back of his head hard.
This caused him to look up to me.
He really had tears in his eyes.
He hesitated as he saw my smile.

„Get up you idiot.
You know why I avoided you?
Because I can't stay mad at your cute stupid face"

I said slightly annoyed but with a bright red face.
He got up and his face lit up in a radiant smile.

„So I get the chance?"

he asked eager while he slightly pulled me closer.

„Yes Enzo. But please don't make me regret it"

He didn't even responded.
He just grabbed my face with both hands and smashed his lips on mine.

It was like someone had pushed a reset button in my brain.
All these thoughts and all these feelings were just washed away by pure happyness.
He tasted even better than he smelled.
He pulled me even closer so our body's melted against each other.

His grip on my face got tighter and after some sweet moments he pulled back.
But he immediately started kissing over my whole face. I giggled and scrunched my nose.

„You have no idea for how long I wanted to do this"

he breathed out.

„Really?"

I asked with a slight tone of disbelief.
He looked into my eyes and smiled bright.

„Yes of course.
I knew you were the one the moment a layed eyes on you. Even though I almost ran you over"

I smiled slightly.
He caressed my cheek and suddely pulled back.

„What's wrong?"

I asked concerned.

„This wasn't how it's supposed to go. So let me just start new"

He turned around, counted to five mumbling and turned back around smiling like an idiot.

„Hello gorgeous can I ask you on a date?"

I had a hard time to not laugh.
I blinked a couple of times till I answered.

„Of course I would love to"

„Great! I'm gonna get changed and eh maybe shower first and then I'm gonna pick you up in one hour!"

He was about to sprint out of my room.
Half way to the door he stopped and stumbled back around.
He came back placed a lot of kisses on my face and then kissed me again.
And without any more words he ran out.

I just stood there trying to realise what just had happened.
