Visenyra smiled as she entered her stepmother's chambers, the woman was seated near a window holding a familiar hairpiece "Your mother and I had this made it was part of a set we always said our daughters would wear both halves." The woman sighed "I never thought I would marry, and she would not be present".

Visenyra watched her teacher with pity before walking over and placing the box she carried on the table "I'm a dragon dreamer, I told Mother how and when she would die yet she continued alongside that path" Jasina Celtigar looked at the eldest princess with shrewd eyes before laughing a bit "Whenever we told Aemma to not do something or give up she always pushed forward saying she would rewrite her fate".

The two women shared a small smile as they remembered the late Queen before Visenyra cleared her throat and opened the box. "Mother had this made some months before her death alongside a letter for you".

Inside the box wrapped in silks of black and red was a crown and necklace set with the diamonds of Celtigar were carefully placed on both pieces and wrapped in the gold framework. Jasina gasped when she noticed how the design matched her wedding gown. "It seems in preparation for her death she organised the gown and jewels of her chosen successor". Visenyra took the time to hand the woman the letter and watched as Jasina read it.

'To My Dear Jasina,

I am sorry for leaving you and Viserys alone without my calming presence but as it turns out I cannot avoid every plan fate has written for me. I know you will make a wonderful Queen and a great mother to my children. I leave my daughters in your trustworthy hands, protect them and guide them. Be the teacher that I could not be. Take care of Viserys and try to cut his drinking or else I fear he may drink himself to death. Goodbye dear heart, remember that I love you and I am proud of you.

Love your darling falcon Aemma.'

Visenyra watched as the woman held the letter close to her heart before folding it and tucking it into her bosom. "Now let's get that necklace on shall we". Outside the room, Rhaenyra stood with a small smile she had given her father the letter left behind for him and had seen a similar response. She was happy that Alicent would not be queen and that someone they trusted would take the position.

Lord Celtigar walked over and bowed before entering the room "Your Highness may I have some time with my aunt?" Visenyra smiled at the man "Of course" Visenyra left the room quickly. Before she and her sister made their way into the throne room. Alicent stood with her father her cheeks flushed and eyes glued to the floor it seemed that she now knew what was going on.

Visenyra lifted her head and walked to her seat, Mekar knew how to be a good husband as he stood and offered his hand before waiting for her to be seated. Many glanced at the princesses' attire and whispers started neither approved of the Royal consort but were pleased with this marriage.

Visenyra wore a gown of pink and ivory her bright purple eyes filled with joy and a smile was on her face as she whispered in her husband's ear. Princess Rhaenyra was dressed in a blue and ivory gold gown and had a large smile on her face as the King entered. Both girls sat near the throne on golden chairs while observing the procedures.

Finally, Lady Celtigar walked in on her nephew's arm many watched her in awe in her fifth decade of life the woman looked quite beautiful and younger than many women in the room. Her blue eyes shined with joy and acceptance. The Celtigar cloak trailed behind her reminding many of the sacrifice she had made for her family. The Septon looked at the couple and smiled "You may now cloak the bride and bring her under your protection".

Viserys took off the Celtigar clock and gently handed it to Visenyra who smiled and gave the cloak to Lord Celitgar. The room burst out in whispers it seemed the royal family had all fully accepted Lady Celtigar and given her family equal honour. As the Targaryen cloak was fastened on her shoulders the couple joined hands which were tied together with a ribbon by the septon, who spoke, "In the sight of the Seven, I hereby seal these two souls, binding them as one, for eternity." He then instructed them "Look upon one another and say the words."
