four trainees were on the stage as dawn wondered how tall someone could get, their body proportions were perfect. dawn must have imagined how much milk they must have drank to get to their height, despite him drinking alot of milk even though he's short.

those around him talked about the one on the far right who seemed quite confident, he definitely had the body of a man who went to the gym. as much as dawn had always wanted to have a fit and muscular body, he's never had time for that so he had quite a body but luckily for him many noticed that he had a hourglass body.

the one with the perfect proportions was noted as the all rounder which everyone was shocked about, with that their performance had started. dawn took notice on what he may need to do to impress the masters but all he could focus on was the atmosphere the four boys created, they were powerful and it felt like the stage would break just from their stage presence.

they were confident and it was clear with their dancing, dawn's eyes never left focus on them once as he was mesmerised with the way they hit their moves and the stage. he was afraid that they would break the stage, those around him were also agreeing with him as their performance was really strong.

but going first was hard as there was no standard for marking so the masters didn't know what standard to follow, this could either ruin their score or positively increase their score. however being first also gave themselves a positive as this included being showcased more since they were the first performances.

their performance came to an end and the masters seemed impressed, that wasn't a shock as the masters could be seen smiling while watching them. unlike other shows, these masters actually had reactions and seemed to genuinely love what they do.

the boy who introduced himself as an all rounder, who was introduced as park gunwook, was asked individually if he could do a solo dance. this was jealousy for dawn as being asked to do a solo dance was basically like an invitation to the grammys.

something dawn knew for sure was that he was going to be a huge star and he was confident about it. while watching the solo dance performance of gunwook, he suddenly noticed the choreographer of the performance he was performing getting up and dancing along, this was a sign that he approved of the young talent.

he loved the energy that he put in his dance, he expected that all of them would get all stars especially since they had confidence and the dance to back it up. however to everyone's surprise all of them got three stars, this was a shock especially since they performed well but according to the masters they didn't seem them standing out individually and their vocals could have improved too.

"this is harder than i thought." zhang hao whispered to dawn in mandarin, dawn agreed knowing that it would be harder for the global group especially since majority of them didn't fully understand korean. dawn whispered back that he was worried and he wanted someone to hold him, normally he wouldn't say that someone he had just met but he felt like he's known hao for some time.

just like that, hao held his hand knowing that his fellow chinese trainee wasn't feeling well and his other friends looked over with an expression of expecting hao to do something nice like that. this was dawn's first time out without his parents, he's always been a mumma's boy so being away from his mum was hard especially since he was really close with her. he was really close with his dad too, making jokes with him and helping him out with cooking or the store they owned.

on the stage was a global group which consisted of three trainees, they all came from wakeone, which was the company that would look after the debuting line up. he was excited to see what they had to bring especially since trainees from wakeone during girls planet 999 were really good at what they did, and one even debuted.

the way they introduced made some giggle as they couldn't bare their cuteness, they had confidence and a dream. the funniest thing was when they suddenly asked if they could rehearse one last time on stage, the masters seemed shocked at this but granted their wish. dawn wondered if this would help them or if it was a way to intimidate the competition.

their performance suddenly started with an iconic pose, this was already entertaining with the way they started off. they were different and had something that was unique compared to those who already performed, they brought in their own talent of acrobatics and ballet. their dancing was something that dawn wanted to achieve, and they looked like they were having fun which was the most important thing an idol must have when performing.

as their performance was completed, the masters complemented the trainee who had previous experience with ballet, haruto. he was asked to do thirty pirouettes which was something dawn couldn't even do, not alone one without falling down. dawn suddenly realised the amount of talent there was, this was definitely gonna be hard for the fans as only nine would debut.

the audience watched in anticipation as they were all curious if he could do all thirty pirouettes but he beat everyone's expectations as on his thirty, he suddenly beat it and fell on the ground due to dizziness. the crowd cheered especially since that was no easy job at all, but the real question was what marks would they receive from their performance?

cheers were heard as the first all star was announced, haruto was the first all star while the other two received three stars which was still really good since there was always people who were worse than them.

the performances of global trainees were all stacked with those with uniqueness showing their culture and what they had to bring into the kpop industry. dawn loved the culture and what the difference they could make, but there were some problems, majority of them were ranking low and that was an issue as the group with the most stars would win a benefit of learning the signal song a day earlier than the other.

dawn needed this benefit so no matter what, he was going to rank high just so that he would do well. in the middle of all the excitement, on the screen it was displayed that a group for the united states would perform next. everyone had expectations on what they would like since they came from a western country.

two boys with confidence and swag came out, dawn loved the dude wearing the brown jacket as his facial expressions were occasionally displayed on the screen and they were funny to watch. his name was later introduced as jay which was nice and simple to remember while the trainee next to him was na kamden.

whispers and talks were silenced with an angelic voice coming from the stage the man who sang this was jay. this caught everyone's attention as they went solche and faced the stage where they finally started their performance, kamden followed up with his own created rap which was impressive especially since idols normally needed a writer for the raps.

dawn couldn't stop but watch jay as his facial expressions were unique and they were just were eye caching. he would always smile at every different face he made, and his voice was one of a kind he's never heard anything like it. it was angelic for sure.

as their performance was done, a master yelled out 'jay, you can sing' hearing this, dawn also wanted someone to compliment him as that was his main goal for today. he wanted to perform well so that the fans would love him for his talent and personality not just for his looks despite him being not confident in his visuals.

there was no shock or confusion where jay also recieved an all star, however dawn thought that kamden deserved an all star especially his dancing was strong and his rap was also really strong especially knowing that he made that rap on his own but life wasn't always fair.

"they were good." dawn whispered to hao as he also agreed, dawn noticed that ollie would occasionally look at him time to time. he was confused on whether if he hated him or not because it was starting to scare him.

"it's break time, wanna come with us"
