each team would have their on section where they would decide their positions, dawn wasn't in the mood to talk as much so he decided that he would only talk when someone spoke to him that concerned him. they were now walking their way, the group he was in was a group of five. he walked with seowon while jiwoong and matthew walked together but gyuvin had no one to talk to.
as they finally arrived, gyuvin was about to start a conversation with dawn when the staff asked everyone to sit and talk about their positions. dawn was sitting in the middle as the staff was handing out different uniforms to the top nine, as dawn was handed his he asked if there was a smaller size as it was too big.
"sorry, that's all we got." dawn looked at how the arms was too big and it made him look like a child who was wearing his parents clothes, his teammates called him cute as he tried his best to make it work. meanwhile seowon was the only person on his team that didn't have own, dawn felt bad as he looked left out.
dawn didn't like when people looked upset so he offered to hand him his jacket but seowon declined and said he deserved it so don't even bother giving it. dawn could tell that seowon felt like he was going to ruin the group's image since he was definitely the lowest rank, dawn further told him that it didn't matter what rank you were as it was about how talented you were and seowon was definitely the talent.
gyuvin had a smart idea to only talk to dawn when it was related to group work and that was what he did when he asked why dawn chose this song, to be honest dawn didn't even know why he chose this song as hanbin was the one told him to join but he lied on the spot.
"i love the song and i want to show a different side of me rather than being cute!" meanwhile matthew went on to say how he was caught by the dance remix that was added, dawn knew that he would have to step it up with his dancing as he's going through a lazy dance scandal.
jiwoong suddenly asked about the role of leader, first he asked dawn as he was definitely the best choice but dawn kindly explained how he wouldn't lead the team to the best of his abilities due to the situation he's in. gyuvin was honestly praying dawn would accept as this would allow him to talk to dawn more without dawn finding it weird.
suddenly matthew raised his hands as he wanted to have a try at being leader, even though dawn wasn't too confident with him being leader it was definitely worth a shot. but matthew asked jiwoong and dawn if they were sure they didn't want to at least try being the leader, hearing this dawn immediately declined his offer.
gyuvin got the badge as it was confirmed for matthew to be the leader of love killa, to be honest if dawn wasn't facing the situation he was in, he would definitely try but right now he would get more hate for being greedy. the leader was now confirmed and the staff headed over to give out the lyrics which gyuvin got, but the weird part was when he went straight to dawn to give his lyrics despite matthew being the closest.
seowon noticed this immediately and gave dawn a nudge, seowon knew what was going on so he could see what dawn meant by couple behaviour. the killing part was a english sentence, dawn immediately think of gyuvin or matthew since gyuvin was somewhat okay with english while matthew was fluent.
the team automatically noticed dawn's silence, he was known for his cute and bubbly attitude but now he was barely talking. jiwoong suddenly asked if dawn wanted to try for the killing part, dawn declined this offer, it was as if his hope and happiness got sucked out just from his scandal. now the group sees why idols look so tired behind cameras because of the comments.
matthew was teaching them how to pronounce 'did i make you anxious' dawn was quite fluent so he had no problem saying it but jiwoong's version was quite funny with him saying 'did i make you ancient' dawn held it in as seowon did the same.
