awkward practise

it was finally the morning and practise was going to be the first thing they did, dawn was still shocked to hear that gyuvin was the one who paid for his parents debt. why wouldn't gyuvin just tell him but this made dawn actually wonder if gyuvin liked him or not. even though gyuvin did say he did, what if he only said it to get his attention you never know.

dawn got up early as he looks at gyuvin as he's still sleeping, why was he such an angel. dawn starts feeling guilty for being rude and cold towards him even though it was never his fault, however dawn was still somewhat hurt.

on the other hand, dawn avoided going on the ipads as he was scared he would see some comments about him. luckily, his company has finally given a statement about what's going which follows:

"Dear Viewers of Boys Planet and whom it may concern to,

We have recieved reports of Dawn Wang, a contestant on Boys Planet, on his lazy dancing. We are here to confirm that he suffered an ACL injury a couple of months before the show so he's still going easy on his knee. This is a reminder to not hate on anyone as they're suffering more than you think they are! Please support Dawn Wang!

he was afraid that fans would call him a liar so he avoided seeing anything, first thing he did was head to the practise room where seowon and matthew were already there. they asked where gyuvin and jiwoong were but they were still sleeping, there were rumours quickly spreading about the new ranks as everyone could see where they were.

dawn wasn't shocked to see his new rank, 35. everyone who saw this did not say anything as they didn't want to hurt the young trainee by triggering something, dawn wanted to laugh for some reason as he found it funny that from just one scandal that his career would change forever.

yesterday, they took the tiny session to learn their lyrics and make sure they know what part
to sing so they were all clear with that. the three of them were still waiting for gyuvin and jiwoong to arrive as they needed all members for the rehearsal as it wouldn't be neat.

"dawn? do you want to talk? as leader it's my job to make sure everything is okay." matthew says as he realised that it's the best time to have a talk with dawn as ever since the whole scandal he hasn't been himself and he realised that due to him being dawn's roommate for the first weeks.

"i'm okay now. but seeing my rank drop so quickly is quite concerning, even though i'll probably be eliminated i'll still make sure to perform my best for you guys as i don't want to make you look bad." dawn says as matthew realised how much of a team player dawn is, how perfect was he despite the fact that he's literally in the worst condition.

"dawn, you're going to make it to the next round. i know you will! let's make a bet, if you do make it you pay me $100 and if you don't i'll pay you $100." matthew says as he gets his hand out to make a promise.

"deal!" dawn says as he's confident that this would be the easiest way to make $100 as he's on his way to being eliminated, finally the two trainees finally make it to training.

gyuvin and dawn make awkward eye contact as they also make an awkward smile which lasts for a long time as they suddenly head to their own side of the room, dawn waits for matthew's signal to learn the dance but dawn is quite insecure with his dancing now due to the fans hate.

he's not used to this type of dancing and as he looks around, he notices how natural they all look. the team across could tell dawn was also worried, the team which was home would occasionally watch the drastic change of dawn. dawn groaned every time he would look at the mirror to see a lazy dawn.

dawn went to the corner of the room where he just sat down, he was losing confidence as the days went by. tears start dropping as he realised that he'll never be as good as he ever was, he faced the floor as he started hitting his knee and started blaming himself.

suddenly someone grabbed his hands before he could keep hitting his knee, dawn didn't bother looking up. but they had a strong grip on, dawn begged for them to just leave him there and to just let him cry for a bit then he'll come back up. but whoever this was definitely did not want that to happen.

"get up, i promised you that i'd help. i already offered to help you at the signal song but now i will help you. it's my mission now." dawn recognised the voice as gyuvin was now carrying dawn to help his dance. those who saw this could see the love gyuvin had for dawn despite the fact that dawn couldn't really see it.

"why are you bothering?" dawn says as gyuvin ignores his question and teaches him the choreography despite the fact that he's also suffering at creating his own choreography, right now he's teaching dawn the original choreography even though he should be spending time to create the dance break.

each time dawn would look at the mirror and see a reflection of something that wasn't him, gyuvin would distract and instead compliment his improvement. sooner, his fellow teammates were now on his side watching him improve, they were shocked to see the difference in a whole hour.

seowon was also a strong dancer so he would also carefully watch dawn to see where he could improve but the way he gave dawn feedback didn't hurt him as he was really nice about it which gave dawn the confidence he needed. dawn couldn't believe it but the passion he had was slowly coming back thanks to the help of his teammates especially gyuvin.

then dawn suddenly realised something, as if nothing happened dawn asked gyuvin to focus on the dance break as he shouldn't spend too much time thinking about how he should help me. matthew agreed and that's when gyuvin realised he should start as well.

dawn went back to practicing alone as he wanted to show the fans that he wasn't lazy and that he was better than they thought. maybe hanbin was right when he told me to join love killa or was there something else he had in mind for dawn? either way dawn was happy seeing the progress he was making just in one day.

"you're doing so well, dawn!" jiwoong says as dawn blushes, he thanks jiwoong and couldn't believe how well he's doing either. now as a team they were now able to practise together since dawn was starting to feel some what confidence on what to do.

his aura and hope was coming back as the brightness that was once day was starting to reappear, even his smile was coming back. it was finally time for a break as matthew public announced how dawn should get a clap, that was when the team near by also clapped as dawn was finally smiling wider than ever.

"speech! speech! speech!" they all chant as they are now waiting for dawn to say something.

"thank you to my teammates for giving the confidence i needed, thanks to gyuvin for giving me the hope i need!" that's all dawn says as he doesn't want to waste anyone's time on practising as they all see the old dawn they used to remember.

dawn sits down next to seowon and gyuvin who look exhausted as gyuvin asks to have a chat, dawn decided that maybe he should finally have a proper conversation with him and talk like they're friends again.

"can i ask you something?"
