~Dem's eyes would open as Jeremy and the Pilot talk outside the broken thruster. The sound of an AV would fly overhead. The Pilot and Jeremy would look up.~
Jeremy: "Dem!"He'd walk over to Dem. "You okay?"
Dem: She'd break down crying and sit on the ground, hugging her legs.
~Jeremy would sit beside Dem in the grass and hug her.~
Jeremy: "Dem..? You can tell me anything; I'm your cellie."
Dem: "W-we need to find the Warden..."
Pilot: "You're in luck; he just contacted me, saying he got diverted by the other AV that must've shot us out of the sky!"
Jeremy: "Great! Tell him to come over and get us 'cause..gotta feeling it'll rain soon. Do you need anything, Demo? You look like you saw a ghost."
Pilot: "Alright, everyone, regroup inside the vehicle."
Dem: "I... I missed you so much..."
~Jeremy would walk with Dem inside the passenger space and sit with Dem by the window.~
Jeremy: "Whaddya mean silly? Been here the whole time together! Heh..in all seriousness, what is wrong? If you want..just tell me when we get to our room. Got a feeling our trip to the forest has been canceled."
Dem: "W-where do I begin..."
~The Pilot closes the AV doors as it begins to rain.~
Jeremy: He'd drink some water and let out a soft sigh.
"Take your time, hun."
Dem: "Militech shot us out of the sky, and they are working with Biotechna. But, unfortunately, there will be a war between Biotechna and Arasaka in 2099... Arasaka and Militech both fell, and Biotechna is in charge..."
Jeremy: "Whoa, Whoa, Slow down...Militech? Biotechna? 2099? How do you know all this? You mean the AV that shot us out of the sky is Militech?"
Dem: "Yes. And Biotechna robots were on board. They sensed a threat onboard the AV. And it was me..."
Jeremy: "Huh...How do you know?"
Dem: "I- I'm from the future."
Jeremy: "Uh..huh..since when? Time travel doesn't exist..yet...that I'm aware of."
~The sounds of an AV landing are heard just outside.~
Dem: "When I teleported on board, I was captured by Biotechna and turned over to Amy. First, I was held in a padded room for god knows how long. Then, I was injected with some drugs that wound up making me paralyzed. Then...I was killed. Cut into pieces."
Jeremy: "Jeez, Dem..! If that's so..how did you make it back?"
Dem: "I-"
Jeremy: "I mean..you...you said you were cut to pieces!"
Dem: "I think we should wait for the Warden..."
~The cargo doors are forced open by someone from the outside. The Warden and Ranger step inside and look around.~
Warden: "You fellas alright?"
Jeremy: "Yeah, uhm...Dem may need a glass of water."
Warden: "Uh huh..the AV's outside. Let's get you guys back home."
Dem: "Do you think I'm lying?"
Jeremy: "It's hard to take in Dem, remember. I mean, you were sitting right next to me the whole time! If something from what you said comes true, I'll believe everything you said."
